Property Not as Pictured

The pictures of the property are old pictures. The property had dirty walls, food in the refrigerator and oven. The house was hot when we arrived and the thermostat was not working. There was no hot water and the fixtures (lights and door handles) were broken. There were holes and dents in the walls. You could tell the property was nice at one point but has not been maintained as far as fixing and cleaning the walls and fixtures. This property SHOULD not be listed as it is not as described.

Fun stay, nice clean house

Photos are not quite as nice as the actual house. It’s a nice property but there’s a lot of damages and things that didn’t work.

Worst stat ever !!!!

This home should not even be listed!!!! These photos are obviously from a long time ago!!! On entry home has the worst stench ever!!! Home was filthy! The appliances (stove, refrigerator) was broken!!! Advertisement for hot tub broken!!! Dog poop everywhere! Stains on all furniture and rugs!! Holes in the walls!!! Toilets had brown stuff in them!!! Just ridiculous!! Host should be banned from the site! Asked him why the home looked this way, he shrugged and said, “things happen what can you do” like didn’t care the home was a mess!

Disappointing Stay - Poorly Maintained and Unclean

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The bathrooms were not clean, especially the showers, which were grimy and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. Despite booking for 9 people, there were only 5 towels available, and the rest were left in the washer. We had to search the entire place for extra blankets, only to find them in the laundry room – and they were dirty too. Basic amenities were completely missing; there was no hand soap, shampoo, paper towels, bath tissues, or even trash bags. The backyard was also neglected, with cigarette and blunt pieces scattered around. To make matters worse, there was a bee hive dangerously close to the sitting area, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the outdoor space. Overall, this property was nothing like the advertisement, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and well-maintained stay.

Nice Home /Needs Better Prep

The home itself was nice. Area, although quiet, was a little scetchy at first. But we had no problems. There is a 2 car garage.We were booked for 9 people. When it says it sleeps 9, 3 of those will have to be on couches. And one of those is tiny.The home could have been cleaned better. The carpet in the living room had debris on it, including star shaped confetti. So I dont think it was vacuumed. Edges of flooring had dust/hair. There was only 6 bath towels left (2 in each bathroom) for 9 people. In addition, no blankets, pillows or sheets were left for couches. I called the owner and he told me how to get into a locked storage area under the steps to find linens. I had to sort through baskets of linens to find sheets and the only extra blanket in the house. Luckily we had a couple blankets with us. The bed linens and towels smelled amazing, though.The backyard was very dishelved. I realize wind and trees can wreak havoc on lawn furniture. But i feel like this property was left unchecked for a while. Some of the cushions have mildew/stains. The firepit's propane tank was empty, however there was a full one in the garage.Hot tub was a little yellow but our young adults still used it.VRBO website said check in was 2pm, owner told me it 4pm. But he did allow us to have early access at 1pm no problem.When we got there it was over 90 outside. AC was not on and it was 82 degrees upstairs. Took 4 Hours for the upstairs to get below 80. Wish it had been turned on before we got there
