"The house was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Our party of 6 had more than enough space. It would definitely work well for a larger group too. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a place to stay in St. Paul. "

Communication with the host more than 1 month out asking if we can check in early and he did allow us to, which helped with the plans we had in town after our 9 hour drive.Check in took 30 seconds, the property was clean, and our only (yet small) complaint is the assumption that we would have a bit more overall space, but it was still adequate for our group of tight-knit friends.I would highly recommend staying here and especially so for the price, this was an...

"Great house for a large group! 19 guests never felt crowded. Plenty of towels and dishes. House is older (built in 1888, I believe) so expect smaller bathrooms, low ceilings on third floor. Not terribly handicap friendly either. No central AC, but window units kept house plenty cool. Pinball and video game machines were added bonus."

"What a cute and chic place right on Grand Avenue. So many options for restaurants and near downtown. Very spacious bedrooms and large bathroom. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook a meal. Definitely will stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a place."

"Very nice apartment. It’s beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed coffee on the patio Sunday morning.We appreciated all the amenities, but missed having hand soap in the bathroom.(very minor detail) The neighborhood is lovely and quiet."

"Had our wedding there the house and property was everything we needed . Very happy we chose this place. The host are very friendly .Could not have been happier with this experience. Would definitely recommend."

"The property was located on a private lake with almost no boat traffic and our grandkids totally enjoyed the multiple "water toys" they provided. We enjoyed the home with lots of room for our group of 17. The grandkids are asking when they can go back again! "
