Stand alone, fully self contained 1 bedroom house. With everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Equipped kitchen, microwave toaster gas hobs full size fridge with freezer, small oven air fryer available on request for longer stays. Breakfast bar. Small Lounge area has TV, Netflix. WIFI and a comfy couch, looking out over the grounds and the huge old Pohutukawa tree.
Bed room with queen bed and ensuite. All linen and towels supplied.
Relax on the deck under the shade sail and enjoy the sound off nature, and at night view the clear stars in the sky.
Huge lawn area with plenty off parking for the boat.

Lovely Stay

We had an amazing stay here for mine and my girlfriend’s 1 Year anniversary. It was a lovely little hide away and we found it very cosy and exactly what we needed!

Peaceful Accommodations for First Night in NZ

Very clean, quiet and comfortable studio in the country. Woke to birds singing, a good start to the day. Amanda was amazing and provided green lipped fresh mussels for us and red snapper. My wife cooked it up and we ate fish fodaydays.days...it

The property was well presented and nice and clean. We found the heater was not adequate for the cold temperatures we experienced and was noisy. The microwave seemed problematic to use and some instructions would have helped. The host was pleasant and it was lovely to come home to find some local produce on the deck. I’d stay again if up that way.

Cute one bedroom house in a quiet country side. Perfect location for 90mile beach and Cape Reinga. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great stopover

Peaceful clean comfortable, well equipped accommodation. Reached by a gravel road but worth the drive not near to restaurants so best to stock up for your evening meal. Amazing dark sky perfect end a busy day.

It was absolutely amazing and the photos on here doesn't do its justice , so peaceful to wake up too , only concern was there was no fam or aircon as the place gor very hot at night Thank yous for the stay

very clean and tidy and suited our needs as we just needed a bed really . My only negative was the couch which when you sat down you hit wood panels and it hurt both our backs. I’m guessing it’s very old . apart from that great

Highly recommend this little hideaway

Loved our time in this little hideaway property. Very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a break away from the city. Not far from the beaches.The photo doesn't actually show it has an sun shade over the deck which made for lovely outdoor area. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay - well kept place with everything you need. Close to local beaches & 15-minute drive to Pukenui shops. Excellent service and communication with Amanda. Will definitely be back again.
