"Room was good - not the most pristine I’ve seen but not bad. No ice bucket in our room, which was a small annoyance. The pool is on the smaller side and they were out of towels, although the property guy brought some upon request. He was hustling every time we saw him; maybe they’re a little understaffed. "There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. All of the rooms smell horrendous. My family and I walked into the hotel there was a huge fan on and no air conditioning. We got into the room there were spider webs at the top of the ceiling. The bed sheets and pillow case had red spots (blood) even the towel. "The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!"

There were about 30 kids who ran up & down the hall yelling all evening. By 11:30 I had to call front desk. All this noise continued for another hour. Had to be at Cleveland Clinic next morning at 6:45."

"My daughter and I had to stay over night in Cleveland just to get some shut eye before we hit the road again because we had been driving for hours and I wish I had just paid a little more and stayed up the road. The beds had thin sheet metal under them and every time the bed was touched you could hear metal popping, and they were super hard and uncomfortable. Not to mention a neighboring room of kids had a super loud party until the early hours of the morning, so we got no rest."

Very convenient to the airport, we were staying overnight for an early flight in the morning.

We felt safe to walk around.
We could also leave our car there while we were gone. Price to leave the car was cheaper than other hotels and airport parking. Free

"I had my flight cancelled and needed a hotel late at night. The hotel was conveniently located and very clean. Rooms look remodeled and the staff was very helpful. The airport shuttle the next morning was very helpful, and it saved me the uber money."

"The time I called for my shuttle, Louise pick me up 10 minutes later. The staff was completely courteous. My room was fresh clean the bed was nice. I overslept and Muhammad at the desk turn the shuttle around to get me and because of that I did not miss my flight! They went above and beyond!"
