"Good value for money given other places in the area. 20 minute walk to the bus station or into town. Would definitely stay again.
You can pay £10 for early check in. However make sure you ring ahead. They said I could come at 12pm but I got there at 2:30pm and my room was not made yet. "

"Schöne Unterkunft. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da aber die Betten waren bequem, es war alles sauber und wir konnten abends noch den Pool mit Kind nutzen.
Das Frühstück war super, es blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätte ich mir richtige Fenster im Zimmer gewünscht. So mussten wir auf einen Hocker steigen, um rauszuschauen und die Aussicht genießen zu können."

"Location wise, its very accessible from all the attractions, shopping etc.
Hotel is very clean and presentable.
Breakfast has such a lovely spread, with great options and lovely fresh cupcakes.
Only thing I can fault is that some fruits were rotten and my kids and husband had food poisoning while staying there. Obviously not sure if its related but still that would be something they need to take care of for the brand they are.
The staff are very very helpful. We had an issue with blocked...

"About a 20 minute “F” bus ride from the main Innsbruck station but worth it for the mountain view and quiet neighborhood. I enjoy these family run hotels. The staff were very personal and offered good recommendations. The hotel is modern and clean. The hotel also has a sauna, restaurant and bar for you to enjoy. It’s near the airport but the planes don’t fly late in the evening so it’s mostly quiet. That was a concern of mine but it was a pleasant stay overall."
