Beautiful place rude managers

Beautiful home had everything needed for a stay. Called and confirmed early check-in 3 days before, got there and waited an hour before they would give the keys over. No previous stay night before, have to drive all the way to West gate entrance to return keys by 10am checkout.

Best house for our family

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful house! It is perfect for our family and we will definitely be back! We love the back porch and all the space that the house provides!

Nice, comfortable home

Good location. Quiet area. Nice deck and fire pit. Weather didn't cooperate so couldn't enjoy outside amenities as much as would of liked.

Golf vacation

The home was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and a good location. The check-in process needs to move into the 21st century. We rented two other properties at the same time and they both had keyless entry systems, whereas Village Villas requires you to go to their location (outside the west gate) and pick up the keys (after 12:00). Certainly note customer centric.

Belleza Beauty

Perfect for two families coming in town to visit grandparents. This home is fabulously furnished and decorated. We were pleasantly surprised that they had a Christmas tree set up for our holiday stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Nice Stay in HSV Belleza

Everyone was immediately delighted with luxury feeling accommodations. Large deck was relaxing with warm gas fire pit. Good view of golf course hole we played. Master bath is very nice and large. Difficult to leave but like to return.

Absolutely amazing, except...

Three of my co-workers and I stayed here last week for a golf trip. The good: The house was gorgeous and exactly as described. The amenities were amazing, and the beds were very comfortable. The bad: The neighbor called the rental agency to complain that we were fishing in a pond behind the house. We were not making any noise or disturbing the golfers, and there was nothing in the house rules against this. The rental agency called me the next day and said they told the neighbor to call the police next time because we were trespassing. This was extremely mishandled, and cast a shadow on our entire trip. A simple "you aren't allowed to fish there" would have sufficed. We can't wait to return to Hot Springs Village, but I'd be hard-pressed to use this same agency after that.

Wonderful House!

This house was perfect for our family. We loved the back deck with the fire pit the most! The kitchen was well stocked and even had stuff to make s’mores waiting for us when we got there. Will def. be back.
