You will love the Character & Charm of this Cozy Lake Retreat! Hook, Wine & Stinkers offers an Open Floor Plan on the Walk-In (Main) Level and features Lots of Windows to take in the View!

The Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room, Bunk Room and Full Bathroom (with custom tile shower) are on the 1st Floor.

Upstairs is the Primary Bedroom and the 3rd Bedroom, both sharing a Jack-n-Jill Bathroom + a 2nd Living Area, or Playroom!

Enjoy a Day on the Lake... Swimming, Floating, and Fishing off of the Large Stationary Boat Dock! There are 2 Loungers on the Dock and a Table and Chairs for Guests to Relax Waterside and Watch the Kiddos Swim!

The Covered Back Patio offers Seating for 6 and a Propane Grill. There is also seating for 4 on the Open Deck. This Spot is so Peaceful - Perfect for Morning Coffee and Evenings Gathering and Sharing Meals with Family & Friends!

The Primary Bedroom offers a King Bed, Bedside Tables with Reading Lamps, a Smart TV and a Desk for Remote Workers. This Bedroom shares a Jack-n-Jill Ensuite Bathroom.
Awake to Nice Views of the Lake in this Lakeside Bedroom!

The Bunkroom features Twin bunkbeds, a Full Size Bed and Smart TV. This Bedroom is also Lakeside.

The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Bedside Tables with Reading Lamps, a Smart TV and shares a Jack-n-Jill Ensuite Bath with the Primary Bedroom.

Hook, Wine & Stinkers is a Great Getaway for Families wanting to Spend Time Together and Reconnect. It is a Comfortable, Nostalgic Lake Home on a Quiet, Winding Street, Tucked Away in the Trees.

This Property is 5 minutes from the Neighborhood Market and Walgreen's. It is 7 Minutes from Hill Wheatley Park where you can Launch a Boat to Park at the Dock during your stay. There are Restaurants within minutes of the property (Lost Creek Grill & Bubba Brew's to name a few). It is Convenient to Historic Downtown (15 Minutes), and ALL Things Hot Springs!

There is parking for 2 vehicles under the carport (smaller vehicles only as the ceiling is not high). There is also parking for 2 vehicles in front of the carport (I do not pull my GMC truck under the carport).

Guests will walk down 1 flight of stairs from the carport to the front door.

*This property is waterfront on Lake Hamilton. By booking this property, ALL guests agree to use safety precautions when near the water. Any use of the facilities are "at your own risk".
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

**The wooden steps to the lake are not equipped with a handrail.

Great lake house!

The fishing was off, likely because of the weather but the house was perfect! Close to everything while still being quiet and peaceful. Couldn't ask for more!
