This townhouse features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, and a sleeper sofa, that can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Its located right on beautiful Lake Desoto, close to the west gate entrance of Hot Springs Village. If you are looking for awesome mountain views or fun on the water, we have you covered. Hot Springs Village Arkansas is a gated community that has 9 world-class golf courses, 11 beautiful lakes, over 30 miles of hiking, biking and walking trails along with various sporting clubs. If you are looking for a romantic get away or a family vacation, this is the place for you.

A great house that was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to sit on the loveseat and watch the sunrise each morning. The evening view was just as beautiful and so relaxing.

Absolutely amazing! Pictures do not do it justice! The views in the living room on the top floor our incredible. We watched the Canada geese play on the water in the morning and evenings. We also saw wood ducks on our dock and a pair of buffalo head ducks. Jessica was so easy to communicate with. We definitely will be back.

We stayed here due to the reviews. The place was mostly clean, but there was a bad smell/odor( stale/ musty) that stayed throughout the house and upstairs restroom smelt like sewage so we just kept the door closed and used the downstairs. The bedroom with the sliding doors is the room I stayed in, and the bed definitely needs to be replaced. When laying down my daughter and I sunk in the bed and when we got up you could see where we had layed, the mattress is definitely old, not very comfortable. The bathroom sink had a constant drip. When we got there the porch was completely covered in leaves the table and chairs were also covered in leaves not like pictured in the listing. It doesn’t seem anyone went by the clean that area up, it was dirty. We were looking forward to sitting in the porch looking out at the lake , having dinner, that’s the main reason we rented here, but was not able to that. There was a screen frame that was connected with the sliding door to the back porch. It was very hard to tell there was a screen due to the style/design of just being a black mesh and the framed lined with the door so that was actually a safety issue. My daughter was coming up the stairs and didn’t realize the screen frame was there, ( it camouflaged well, especially at night) and she fell into the screen frame and fell forwarded and hit her face and she got a bruise on her face. We did pay for the screen frame to be replaced. We feel diff style should be used for safety reasons.

The property was beautiful and in an incredible location. We really enjoyed spending time swimming at Lake Desoto and going around to the different parts of Hot Springs Village. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the variety of cookware and dishes was a big help. We had a great time and would definitely come back when visit Hot Springs again.

We all had a great time being together. As far as the condo it could use some TLC. We didn't go out on the dock because it is in great need of repair. The kitchen faucet is very loose, downstairs bathroom - sink drips and the toilet fills way up to top before emptying. The bed with the window over it is pretty uncomfortable. A trim of the trees would really open up the view. Not sure if that is possible. Good location.

Great lakeside access and view

This townhouse was easy to find, convenient parking/access to property.Very clean, had everything we needed. Appliances all worked just fine.Had a great stay and would consider again for the next visit.

A Serene Getaway

This townhome is easy to find (GPS led us directly there) and is very comfortable. It has water views that are amazing; great views of sunrise every morning. Amenities are great; instructions in townhome are informative & accurate; had sufficient supplies, even though VRBO suggested bringing many of the items (e.g. paper towels, toilet paper). Owner was responsive regarding questions. All in all, this is a property to which we will plan to return.
