"Staff was friendly, room was clean and safe, my only issue was the traffic noise, if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room on the back side of the hotel away from the highway noise, otherwise i recommend this hotel."

"Hotel was good. Expedia, well not so much. Booked stay for Tuesday thru Thursday but then needed to change dates to Monday thru Wednesday. Nope couldn’t do it unless loose my money. Had to book another reservation for Monday only, and eat the Thursday unused room. Sorry Expedia you suck, I don’t care how cheap your rooms are."

"Great"

"Property was under construction/ remodel and we were not notified until checking in. We had no amenities available to us, and on our final night , the front desk woke us up at midnight and said there was a complaint"

"Wonderful Stay and Excellent Customer Service! We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn! The hotel was very nice, clean, and located in a great area. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. I especially want to recognize James, who helped us with both check-in and check-out. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. His customer service was absolutely on point! We needed to wash a load but were not able because the machine only took...

"Very nice for the price"

"The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff is awesome. Don't miss downtown Woodstock. Very walkable (not from the Hampton), with plenty of dining and entertainment options!"

"I like that it was a walking distance to Walmart, hair salon, Mexican restaurant and the CAT transportation service is cheap and reliable"

"Very convenient location near Twin Creeks Park where my daughter had a softball tournament. Appliances including washer and dryer worked (didn’t use stove) and beds were comfortable. Power was off briefly the day we were packing up to leave, but came back on. Not sure why since it was nice outside. I would recommend staying here if in town."
