"The house is in a beautiful position and has amazing views. It is a comfortable size and plenty of equipment and little welcome features. I booked the property when it was described as two double beds in two rooms and two bedrooms with a double bed in each .This was perfect for us. That was not the case and we had to double up with people we would not usually sleep with. Also the leaving time was moved to 10 am and l especially wanted a property with 11 am. "We had a fantastic stay at this property! For the first time ever, the place actually felt larger than it looked in the photos. That was such a pleasant surprise. "Lived in Mahone Bay for a while in 1981. Still such a picturesque town and beautiful coastline to explore.The lovely unit of Pam and David’s was clean, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. "A week at the Hilltop Retreat was great…a month would have been better. This quaint little cottage provided a cozy but plentiful space for our family of four. We enjoyed the large, open yard, with plenty of room for outdoor activities, and the beautiful ocean view while sitting and drinking coffee every morning. We made great use of the golf clubs, kayaks and bicycles. The cottage provided a great base for us while we explored the south shore. We hope to visit again very soon!"

"This is a great place to stay in Lunenburg- a short walk to the harbour and the Fisheries Museum and right across the street from a school (great place for kids to play).
