"Bedsheet had a hole in it, but did look clean. The bathtub and bathroom in general are not in good condition at all. The microwave has not been cleaned. Other than that. It did look at least clean. I had stayed there once before the room was in a much better condition than this one, but this day was a little disappointing. For what they charge I would expect a little bit better conditions."

"The mattress was way too soft, and the fitted sheets didn’t fit the mattress at all, and it popped off both corners at the top of the bed when getting into the bed. It’s obviously a very old building that is in the process of being updated/refurbished. It will be quite nice when they’re finished. "

"There was not a view of the beach or a partial ocean view as was stated in the description. The room was nice the balcony not so much because it was a boarded up window room. There were no chairs so you couldn’t go out there and enjoy it."

"Lobby smelled of bug spray, hallways and lobby floors were not swept or vacuumed the 5 days I stayed there, the alarm clock and coffee maker where unusable as they appeared to have never been cleaned, I am pretty sure the curtains had blood on them, the breakfast was ok the first day, after that there wasn’t anything to eat, extremely loud music in surrounding rooms, no vending machines. There are big trucks that park on the road surrounding the property, this makes it difficult to exit and...

"Don’t stay here, IDC how broke you air just don’t stay here it’s not even cheap. It DEF NOT worth 300 dollars for 2 nights. Clerk gave me the wrong key 2 times. Gave me room that’s wasn’t even clean yet then gave me one where i had to wait 30 minteus for the room to be cleaned trash breakfast. pool had a lot leaves and smelled like chlorine, their are many hotels in literally next door do those. I AM BEGGING U TO NOT COME HERE. also so many drug addicted and people walking in the night "

"Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. "
