"Room, bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Lovely and warm. Good choice of ( self service) breakfast. Pub next door was excellent. Good value meals with very pleasant staff. Would definitely stay again. "

"Bed super comfy, place super cosy. Tom (host) is a one of a kind man. So welcoming, so kind and super generous. Offered out his own apples in the Morning (can’t promise the same for you haha). I can’t recommend staying here more."

"Fabulous room, very modern with TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer - in fact everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was a 'wet room' with a super shower. Breakfast was enormous with plenty of tea or coffee. All the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to assist. Well worth staying here if visiting the area."

"What a lively quaint listed accomodation. We were extremely happy with our rooms, they were clean and spacious. My sister has very arthritic knees, so it was essential it was not a shower in a bath. We both had showers, the only problem, there was a step up to the tray. however this was only a minor problem. a couple od little things, which I spoke about to the staff on leaving.The room itself had all the facilities that you needed, Tea and coffee was in abundunce, TV hairdryer, plenty of power...

The hot tub was amazing and the house is totally secluded from any other property which was a big plus for us adding to a real holiday feel! Thank you Jane for a beautiful time had by all!"
