"We come to this cabin every year-- five years in a row now-- and we love it. It's clean, comfortable, the bird watching is excellent, and it's so quiet and relaxing.If this property ever went up for sale I'd buy it so fast."

"My partner and I enjoyed our 2 night stay in the River Cabin at River Mountain Farm. The cabin is teeny, nothing fancy but cozy and just as listed. Great shower in bathroom and Starbucks k-cups each morning. We had a straight shot past the barn and shed to the river where we took out 2 of the kayaks available and I caught 7 fish early Sunday morning. I didn’t want to leave the tranquility of this little slice of heaven. Would love to go back sometime!"

"The place is beautiful. There was plenty of parking. The fire pit is convenient to the bottom floor, so easy access to get s'more's supplies. The owner is friendly and accessible through the VRBO app. The beds had freshly laundered sheets wrapped in plastic. We had a wonderful time."

"Working with a host was amazing! Very accommodating with answering questions and helping us with our stay. The place is beautiful! Immaculate & incredibly built and just and a wonderful place to stay to relax and enjoy the beautiful home and scenery pavilion around it! Rose was extremely accommodating whenever I reached out to her. It was the perfect stay for the night of us!!"

"Wonderful spot, loved the decor and the coziness of the cabin. Loved the gas fireplace as well. Check in and out was so easy…our daughter arrived before we did and she was able to interact with the hosts over the phone to check in. Close to Flight 93 Memorial site which is a must visit!!"

When there was a minor issue with the house during our stay, there was someone on site within the hour. You won't be disappointed with the house, the views, or the hosts. 5 stars all the way!"

And the listing indicated it had a pull-out bed which we needed for the second guest and the bed is not functional, so the second person had to sleep on the couch which was not great. But otherwise, a fine experience"
