"King room (suite?) was spacious and we loved having the “kitchen” with full fridge, stovetop and microwave. This gave us so many options for our meals. Bed was comfortable. Property seemed new. Decorated in modern / mid-century modern. Gym, pool, easy parking. Breakfast was typical of this level hotel. Cooked oatmeal and hard boiled eggs appreciated. "

"This is a lovely hotel in a nice location. It’s very fun, with a coffee bar and regular bar on the first level open to the public. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is great. I like the modern feel to everything. "

"The stay was very good but there was a hot water problem. On that note, regardless of the problem, a cold shower in any hotel is always a Big Problem for someone paying so much. No discount was offered, truly not even a credit and barely an apology. Beyond a cold shower,the service met our expectations. "

"This was my first trip to Saugatuck, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I’m a hotel snob (annoying to both myself and anyone I travel with). Rob called me and I was immediately set at ease. The charm cannot be captured on camera. Loves: 1. Rob, the owner, is welcoming. 2. Well thought special touches, like corkscrews, lighters, grills, and morning coffee. 3. The pool is pristine! No sand, super clean, sparking, well-balanced water! 4. The community fire pit and abundant lounging...
