"Hotel does not have immediate access to the road so took me awhile to find it. They were also paving the road leading to the Hotel. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Grounds are well kept. The pool area was nice and clean also. Room was very clean. Stayed for a week and highly recommend."

"We liked the oversized room and bathroom. The floors were tiled so the floor above really echoed. Not sure if all rooms are tiled or if it was because we had a handicap room.

"Clean, quiet, pool area very nice..pool was cold. Court yard was really nice... grill needs some tlc as all burners did not work. Breakfast was good, many options hot and fresh. Would definitely stay again. Not familiar with Grand Rapids, this was a nice, safe neighborhood with many restaurants and shopping opportunities. TY"

"It was super clean and the room was very nice! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were perfect! Breakfast was awesome! Good food and lots of diverse items. The staff lived the friendly code because they were so good about talking to us and helping us find special places to go and things to eat and how to get there!
They gave me the BEST vacation ever!!!!"

"Property under renovation and not close to being completed and it is not stated anywhere.
We booked due to the amenities of the lounge/bar and restaurant. Sadly upon check-in there was a note stating that they were not open that evening. In the morning a new note was placed stating not open. After asking it was clear that those notes are simply on rotation because they are not open at all.
Balcony rooms do not have any furniture on them.
Additionally, the property smells very bad. It smells...
