Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space!
Located on Lake Hopatcong, this beautiful house has numerous amenities including waterfront access and views. An expansive deck perfect for entertaining family and friends. House has 4 unique bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large living room and kitchen. The master bedroom on the top floor, has an incredible bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower.
House is ideally located near the state park, shops and restaurants. • 1 queen size bed in master bedroom loft.
• 3 full size beds on second floor (1 bed in each room, 3 bedrooms total).

Other things to note
• No pets.
• No parties.
• Properties on this side of the lake have multiple stairs to bring residents from street level parking down to their front doors. Please consider this when booking your stay!
• Outside grill is available, propane is not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly.
• Excessive trash is to be placed in trash cans located at street level.
• Downstairs guest bathroom was originally part of a cold cellar/basement - stone walls and floors retain moisture and appear wet. This is normal for this space, particularly during warmer months.
• Dock is available for lounging and lake access.
Dock slips are not available for use or rental. Please visit Lake Hopatcong State Park website for boating and lake access information.
• Firewood is not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly. Duraflame logs are the easiest to light

Stairs to haven

We are old people and it was a big problem for us unpack our staff, we also was very upset about fireplace it was no fireplace Everything else was great especially sauna my favorite place we are having a very good time with our friends Thank you very much for having us Leszek

Weekend stay during dance competition

We rented this house during a dance competition that was being held at a local high school. The competition was about 15 minutes away so this location fit perfectly. Upon checking into the house, we were very surprised at the amount of steps to get to the house and that that was not listed initial listing. Be wary if you have trouble navigating stairs this will be a difficult home for you. Additionally, the bed situation with the home was listed a bit confusing. This home has three full-size beds and one queen size bed. It will comfortably sleep eight people however the owner allows additional guests (which is noted in the listing as the maximum number of people, and is very confusing). We had some sewer issues with the sink in the kitchen, backing up, and we did not realize the owners number was available in a book until the morning we were leaving to notify him, so that was not resolved. Lastly, there was a smoke alarm that was visibly missing a battery which is concerning, especially when you have kids.Overall the cleanliness of the house was outstanding. The house itself was amazing location to the lake was beautiful. Generally speaking this house is great. I just think that the listing itself could be updated to give some clarity to the stairs and the bed.
