"It was our first time at this property. 10 out of 10 experience and we can’t wait to go back! Everything was clean, check-in was contactless easy, the area was absolutely beautiful and the cabins are so cute. I love that they give you three bundles of wood every day with your stay, just a cute little extra perk. "

"Great spot! House is fantastic, they did a really nice job with the remodeling and renovating. We loved the deck as well—gets a good amount of sun and is a good hangout spot. The yard is huge for games like frisbee and tossing a football. Only demerit is the dock—for one, it needs some redoing because it's falling apart. And two, it's not really set up to walk directly into the water because of lily pads and debris/rocks. But the community beach is within walking distance, so still not too...

"Had my crew of 4 stay there when we had a build close by. Host was very responsive, accommodating and communication was great. The house was nice and had everything we needed. I had no complaints from my crew. We were commuting to MA so don't have much to say about the area or town."

"Beautiful modern log cabin. We used the kayaks and paddleboards everyday. It was perfect for what we wanted- relaxing week with family. We loved the quiet pond and enjoyed watching the loon family daily. "

"A lovely respite from the hustle & bustle of the outside world, yet conveniently located to hiking trails, grocery stores, and tourist attractions. During my 5 night stay, I was joined at various time by family and friends from various destinations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and the back deck overlooking the lake proved to be the gathering place of choice. It proved to be another amazing week which started off with the goodies left in the fridge and on the counter by these most thoughtful owners! "Owner greeted me with a mug to check if i had needs, which i appreciate. Ive extended my stay its so peaceful and quiet here. The owners are genuinely lovely people "

"A wonderful escape awaits you at Nippo Pond. A family owned retreat that welcomes you as soon as you step in the front door. Spacious and clean with everything you need. The outside shower was one of my favorite perks. Beautiful clean water for a dip or just to relax by. Quiet and peaceful but in reach of many amusements and nearby towns. Keep your eye out for the loons and hummingbirds. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and we look forward for a return in the near future. "
