"These were cute little cabins, rustic, but clean and tidy with everything there for staying for awhile. AC too. We were on the water and the geese welcomed us in the morning! The cabin had a screened in porch with comfy chairs. There was a nice little beach with kayaks to use, a fire pit and firewood for each cabin. The bed was comfy. It was nice and we would definitely visit again."

"The cottage on Mendums Pond is a delightful, wonderfully furnished extended A-frame situated on a quiet road, overlooking a beautiful pond and natural view. Very quiet and peaceful, yet within 5 minutes of sites, shops, and conveniences. Everything you need is within the home, including AC and TV. The owner kept in touch and was very helpful with questions. The place was very clean and neat, and there were games and puzzles available. We loved our time here and will return in the future. "

"Overall good, bed arrangements had changed from when reservation was made. Beds had fitted sheet but not top sheets. "

"Very relaxing, great/easy waterfront access, terrific fishing, and very kid friendly! Hosts were very gracious and kept us informed the entire trip!"

"What an absolute gem!!! They really thought of everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus!"

"Wonderful well kept home with a lovely screened in porch. Great for morning coffee and relaxing! Nice backyard with a fire pit, picnic table and games. A short walk to the water, which was awesome! The lake was clean and refreshing! We made use of the kayaks and saw many loons with their young! Definitely recommend this place! "

"Perfect location for me as I had family in the area. Enjoyed the lake with my dog, and the proximity to stores, the highway. The hosts were extremely friendly and enjoyable. Even went into the lake with me to help me find my lost glasses! ( and found them!)."

"The property did not indicate this was a top floor condo. I have mobility issues and this was a real problem. There were several hairs on the bed sheets. I contacted the manager and he never responded. Washed everything myself including the mattress pad which had flakey debris on it, because we couldn’t just leave and lose our . Plus all our heavy luggage was painstakingly brought upstairs at this point. After a 5 night stay we still never heard from the Manager. This is not acceptable. ...

"A lovely respite from the hustle & bustle of the outside world, yet conveniently located to hiking trails, grocery stores, and tourist attractions. During my 5 night stay, I was joined at various time by family and friends from various destinations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and the back deck overlooking the lake proved to be the gathering place of choice. The putting green was definitely a highlight for the golfers and non-golfers alike. The bedrooms are smallish, but the beds were...

"Great stay just a few minutes out of Manchester on a quiet residential street. There for a family wedding. Property spotless. Comfy blankets, water, coffee, all amenities were planned out. Would stay again in a heartbeat"

"We lived everything about this property. It's charming and comfortable. The lake is heavenly, and we enjoyed paddling and fishing from the dock. Thank you, Paula and Pete, for allowing us to enjoy this lovely getaway lake house!"

"Cute waterfront house that has everything you need. The kitchen is more well-stocked with dishes/cookware than most vacation rentals. There is a small beach with available chairs, beach toys, kayaks, etc. Even a firepit, although we didn't end up lighting a fire."

"I was super impressed by how well kept this place was and enjoyed how it was located conveniently close to all of my travel destinations!"

"This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. "

"Property was immaculate, house was fully stocked, everything was labeled. House was very comfortable and updated. Yard was large, plenty of room for games. Kayaks and paddle boats were great. Overall we would definitely rent this location again! "
