"Receptionist stitched me up and put me in a room with no windows. I have MS and couldn’t cope and I slept in Car. Had another night booked but was refused refund and was rude too and whatever . I stayed some where else. Staff not that good, in fact rude and enjoy others misery . hotel is cheaper ..."
