"Booked this hotel as it looked really good online. Also have been looking for a hotel out of the city centre and close to the Vondel Park, for regular trips to Amsterdam.
Broke three ribs prior to travel and so was unable to travel as was finding it difficult to walk.
I realise a booked a non-refundable ticket, and requested a change of date. I thought that the hotel would have had a bit of sympathy for my situation. But no, they refused to move the date.

"Very nice rooms and modern reception area. The breakfast atrium location and offering was off the chart awesome. Bar was good, a little over priced but very dark compared to the other amenities.
