The check-in process was confusing, as most of the nearby streets are one-way and we had to drive around several times to figure out the instructions. When I messaged the host, I didn’t receive a response until the following day. We eventually got in touch with the maintenance person by phone, but this wasn’t explained clearly in the listing.During our stay, the bathtub was clogged and was not fixed until the third day. Cleanliness was acceptable but could have been better, and the property itself feels quite outdated. The pool is very small, and parking is located across the street. That in itself was fine, but while we were waiting to be picked up near the parking structure, a building attendant came out and told us we shouldn’t wait there. We explained that we had rented a unit and that this was the designated parking area, and he simply walked away without further explanation.The surrounding area also did not feel very safe—we even had to call 911 due to a fight outside, which was concerning.On the positive side, I appreciated that food trucks were within walking distance, and the beach was about a 15-minute walk away, which was convenient.

The price of the room was a but high for the quality of the room. My expectations were higher what we got. We didnt have enough supplies to cover the amount od days our family stayed and had to go to Walmart to buy stuff after we ran out(paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc.) We even purchased a fan and left it to help cool the room off a bit better.

Space was too small for a family of 7

Overall it was convenient and able to sleep our family to 7. But sharing one bathroom was chaotic and the beds had bed bugs. The kids woke up with bites all over their bodies. Especially from the futon in the living room and the bed in the front room. But our stay was good. Host was very clear with instructions and we had a place to park the vehicle. The resident managers and security were very friendly as well.

Perfekte Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist groß genug für vier Personen, allerdings wäre eine Verbesserung bei vielen Kleinigkeiten möglich. Eine Reparatur der Ledercouch wäre beispielsweisesehr wünschenswert und ein neues Set von Bratpfanne wäre alles andere als ein Luxus.

Good location, needs some love

Busy part of town, but that means it's easy to get places. Host and maintenance team was very supportive but we needed assistance a handful of days - luckily everything was fixed within 24hrs of requests.
