Step into a cozy, vintage-style retreat with all the comforts of home! This spacious 1-bedroom condo offers a full kitchen, a plush king-size bed, and stunning views of the city skyline and majestic mountains.
Embrace a touch of nostalgia with its classic décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy central A/C, an in-unit washer & dryer, cable TV, free WiFi, and local phone service—all designed for a convenient and comfortable stay. Plus, you'll have your own assigned parking stall for added ease.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property consists of two 40-story towers, connected by an 11th-floor recreation deck. The deck features an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and sunbathing area. A BBQ area is available on the 5th floor. The building offers secured entry and 24/7 security for added safety and convenience.

Marina Hawaii Vacations has been providing fully furnished condo rentals to travelers since 1965. Book with confidence, as we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Plus, you'll save when you book directly with us!

Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities. Comfortable stay and fantastic view

We stayed at this location for 5 weeks and it was great. We needed an apartment with a separate bedroom since my husband and I would be working remotely and it fit the bill. The view and the lanai were absolutely wonderful. You can even see the Ala Wai and some of Diamond Head. It's also very convenient to walk into Waikiki. It is outdated but we could see that from the pictures so we didn't penalize them for that. One thing I would suggest is that they apply white room darkening liners to the back of the curtains in the bedroom. The big windows are fantastic but a lot of light comes through at night from the city lights.
