  • Papakea C405 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the top fourth floor, offering fantastic ocean views! The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for your group. The kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, granite countertops and new appliances. The condo boasts an open floor plan, with plenty of seating and dining space in the living room area. For entertainment, there is a TV located in the living room, equipped with cable. Stay cool with A/C in every room and ceiling fans throughout.
    The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable CAL King size bed and an en suite bathroom with a large, tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin size beds. In the hallway, you will find the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The upstairs bedroom loft offers a Queen size bed. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.

    Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean, tropical grounds and koi pond from this spacious Papakea condo! Sip local coffee and watch fiery sunsets from your private, comfortable lanai.

    Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

We absolutely loved our stay! Very clean unit that had everything we needed. Parking was easy. There were fun daily activities on the property grounds. Great food within walking distance. Ocean views were wonderful, and we all enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Would love to return for another stay.

Beautifully location with view!

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Loved having beach chairs for our use when we went to check out different beaches.

Beautiful resort, comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked. The grounds were beautiful and the views were amazing. We enjoyed the location because it’s not in the super busy hotel area but close to everything. Thank you for a great experience.

Great Property!

A week in paradise

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Papakea. The unit presents well, is easy to get in and out of, and located somewhat near many of the things we did on our trip. It's a bit of a trip up country, most everything else is within 20 minutes. Cool food truck park is a five minute walk away. Would stay again!

Excellent time

Daughter’s wedding attended by family & childhood friends. Just loved the ease of walking around the property & catching up with everyone. Adults & young kids all had fun. We rented a bungalow for a bbq, so easy & great. Great location for those without a rental car. We will be back.

Wonderful property. .

Condo was spotless. Big enough for the 6 of us. Well stocked with everything we needed. Great views of the ocean. Walking distance to shops/restaurants.The amenities at the condo were great. Only thing missing was martini glasses and shaker.. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo on Maui

This property was very nice. Any questions I had or if I wanted recommendations on different things everyone was always so helpful and responded so fast. We were very busy with different tours on the island when we were there, but when we did stay on the resort, there was plenty to do. Shuffle board, swimming pool, beach, snorkeling, hot tub, putting green. Great time, hopefully we will get back…

Best condo!

Papakea C405 is the best condo. Love this 3 bedroom condo with updated furnishings. Master bedroom had a comfy king size bed with down pillows for restful nights sleep. Kitchen had everything we could ask for. Love the complex with the koi ponds, quiet pool and large spa. Beach access was easy and we saw 3 turtles swim by the first day. Location is so close to Lahaina and Kaanapali. Can't say enough good things. Will be back for Christmas!

Great location and clean condo

The condo was clean and in such a good location. The only negative was that we were only furnished six rolls of toilet paper for eight of us for a week. When we ran out we had to furnish our own which I thought was weird. Everything else was a total positive and I would highly recommend this location.

Lovely grounds and location. Our condo seemed a little tired. Certain rooms need paint. Small tv. Beds were not comfortable. Lovely view from balcony. Could see whales in the distance. Well equipped, attractive kitchen. All in all, a very good experience.

Maui vacation

We had a blast! View was wonderful! We love Papakea, the amenities and the grounds are top notch! The biggest plus this time was, they built some of the beach back up! We didn’t have to drive to a beach! It was GREAT!!! The one and only thing I could say, that was a little aggravating, was the air was on a 6 hour timer. It didn’t take long to cool back off though! Thanks for a great stay! Everything was WONDERFUL!

A few elements of the space feel dated. Some upgrades, like the kitchen are great. The a/c system needs step by step details/guidelines posted - took us a bit to realize the controler timer turned on all room units. We initially thought none of them worked.
