"3家族でファミリースイート3部屋を利用した。ホテル自体の古さは否めないが、綺麗に掃除されていた。1部屋に、トイレ付き寝室が2つあり、ベッドもダブルベッド2台、シングルベッド2台の計4台あり、大人3人と子供２人が余裕で泊まれた。 BTSチョーンノンシー駅までは徒歩で15分程。深夜便での帰国だったので、朝のチェックアウト時に、1室だけ21時まで延長して使いたいと依頼した。17時までと23時までの延長使用料金が用意されていてスムーズに対応してもらえた。また夜にドンムアン空港まで送ってもらう為、1200バーツで11人乗りのミニバスを予約した。非常に綺麗な車で、高速道路を使い30分で到着。家族旅行の際は、また利用したい。"

"This is a great hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were spacious and had everything that you could need. It was a stones throw from the train line and the nearest 7 eleven. Would definitely recommend you stay here if visiting Bangkok. "

"The couple running this hostel are so nice!! The room is super clean and aircon works great and quiet. Has an amazing market just down the street for great breakfast and dinners. I stayed 9 nights and absolutely loved it. Thanks again and will return."

"I loved staying at this hotel. After a long flight, we stepped out ot the taxi to the warmest welcome from the staff who made us feel like VIP's from the start. We were given arrival drinks and cold face towels to cool and refresh ourselves. The room was spotless and luxurious and the bed was the comfiest I've had in a hotel. I wanted to take my pillow with me! We ate at Vertigo on our first night which was expensive but worth it as it was my husband's 60th birthday. Again, the service was...

"Not sure why there are so many negative comments about this place – it’s important to manage expectations. This is not the Four Seasons or St. Regis, but for what you pay, Silom Lofts offers fantastic value. location is excellent. within walking distance to 2 BTS stations: Chong Nonsi (about 5 minutes) and Sala Daeng (10 minutes).
