"I booked a 4-day, 3-night stay and was scheduled to check out on Monday. However, on Sunday (the day before checkout), the hotel locked my room without my permission! Their explanation was absurd: they claimed that because my stuff hadn't moved, they assumed I had left. This is a huge violation of privacy. Management didn't care at all and gave a very lazy response. Save your money and avoid this place!"

An absolute cleanliness of rooms and premises. Unlimited free filtered water from a water tank downstairs. Great views from the rooms on top floors. "Excellent location. Best to catch the metro easier than the bus from the airport. The Front Desk team were very warm and professional. The breakfast staff were amazing and welcoming. Loved their vibe. Reservations was prompt in their response since I had extended with a 2nd reservation. Overall: Highly recommended. BIG THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STAY HASSLE FREE. "Alexandria Hotel. Hongkong: the staff very accommodating and welcoming to the guests, friendly gesture! The rooms were well maintained cleaned. The house maids make up the room daily as what I wanted. The Breakfast Buffet was excellent choice! Overall I must say I can come back to stay here in my next journey! Location was perfect for all I needed. I am very pleased and happy that I chose this Hotel. Thank you for all the staffs! Well deserved!"

"The rooms are way larger than the Ramada at TST and SYP so it felt more homey went you walked into the room. The lobby was very courteous. There is also a sink in the room but no stove or anything like that as cooking is not allowed under law based on what i read. There is a wet market right outside the hotel on the block. The MTR is 2-3 blocks away which makes it very convenient. The seaside harbor and the mall is also 2-3 blocks away. There are restaurants conveniently located not far...

"部屋にきのこが生えたのはビックリしました。スタッフは感じ良く、日本語を話せる人も居て、紙コップに美味しい緑茶を入れて下さり感激。長期滞在の方も多く、ロビーでそれぞれ食事したり、シェアハウスの様な雰囲気で、友達になったり、まさにホーミー。来月営業停止と聞き、残念でたまりません。場所も便利で、宿泊費を考えると、ここより安い所は無いと思います。出来るだけ長く営業してほしいです。"
