"Very private location at the end of a dead end. I wiped out the fridge and sink because it was alittle dirty. There was dirt on the bottom bunk from whoever made the bed stepped there so we just dusted it off. We just needed a place to sleep before riding the ohv trails the next morning, so it was perfect for that. We couldnt figure out how to keep both ACs on but that was fine as well. "The place is very clean and we loved the view. Our family had a blast celebrating my daughter’s graduation from Lander U. We don’t have any complaints but others may have issue with the beds. It does need an upgrade. It had everything we needed from laundry soap to extra beddings. "
