"We stayed at the hotel this past weekend for a friend's wedding, and it couldn't have been a better experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay, especially for an event, this is the place. The biggest selling point for us was the proximity to the wedding venue. It was literally right next door—a two-minute walk—which made the transition from the ceremony to the reception incredibly easy. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. We had plenty of "getting ready" space...

"The property was clean but my room smelled like hidden dog pee and the toilet was stained like it hasn’t been cleaned. The breakfast was not the best the eggs were really hard and overcooked. "

"IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

"Facility was as expected in a Hyatt. Staff was great. Never had to pay for parking at the Hyatt before so was not thrilled about that."

"This property was perfectly located for my visit. The amenities were just what I needed on all levels. I would tell anyone visiting this area to get a room in this property. From Ironman to concerts, this hotel is perfectly located."

"the plumbing needed some work loose handles, commode ran to refill often, had to move microwave to desk in order to plug it in. The window sheers were torn and did not close well. We liked the room just needed some tlc."

"Dont have any idea for as staying on property. I place specific date to check-in. To pay for room on arrival to insure accommodation with reservation. But that instantly change when property owner decide to take funding do to arrival date changed to following day. Claim i never had reservation and need to pay when i arrive. Thats way i set it up on Expedia app in first place. Refused to honor accommodation and refund. Telling a customer oh you call no show, what kind of business practice is...

"This establishment was clean and the service and staff spot on. I really enjoyed the layout of the double queens with living room. The decor was light and enjoyable. Easy parking. Walmart near by. Easy to find."
