"I am honestly surprised this place was available. The description seemed too good to be true. This is a super unique and amazing place to stay. Being able to kayak down to the Springs and get there early in the morning before crowds is worth it alone. But the house is great, there is a nice little dock with a fire pit (gas) and you see mullet jumping in the river constantly. It is about a 5 minute walk to the wildlife park. "We enjoyed the amount of room this house had to offer and for the price. You won't find that much space at such a reasonable rate anywhere else. If you are looking for top of the line, all the extras and modern updates this may not be the place for you. We had issues with several of the doors, doorknobs, sink handles and lighting. Either half of the lights did not work or we were not using the right switches. It was never really an issue so I did not contact the owners. I am sure they would have...

"Our stay was perfect! The property was in a great location in relation to Rainbow Springs. The house was very clean and pleasant. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Check in and check out procedures were very simply. Highly recommended. "

"This rental property is right on the magical Weeki Wachee River and has a private dock with steps going right down in the water making it easy to use the kayaks that are provided. The unit has a wonderful screened in deck where we stayed much of the time to enjoy the view of the river. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire apartment is roomy and comfy. The property is very private, and it is perfect for us. This is our second stay here, and we plan to come back several more times!"

"We came done to Florida to visit with family, and also enjoy the Weeki Wachee - one of our favorite places. The house is back off the river and has easy access. The entry to the river is central enough to either go up to state park or down to Rodger’s park."
