If you are looking for a laid-back weekend in Tahoe this cozy cabin is perfect for you! There is plenty of parking on the driveway for you and your group.

Homewood Ski Resort is 1.5 mile away


The living room features a large flat screen TV(No CABLE SERVICE) and a gas burning fireplace An Amazon Firestick and wifi are provided for your entertainment, but you will need to provide your own login for the Firestick. The kitchen has seating for 4 people at the dining table and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Off of the kitchen, you will find the half bathroom and a laundry room.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Twin/Full bunk bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom that features a shower/tub combo that is also located on the second floor.

Outside of the home, relax on the front porch or grill on the back porch. You have direct access to hiking trails and are close to great shopping in Homewood. You are 1.5 miles from the Homewood Resort and a little over 12 miles from Olympic Valley! This cozy cabin will be perfect for any family looking to spend a relaxing weekend in Tahoe.

***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.  

If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. ****

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

*We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.*

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.

Birthday Weekend at Homewood

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was spotlessly clean and everything was well stocked for cooking. The fireplace was a really nice touch. Close to the Tahoma market for anything you might need.

Perfect Little Cabin

This was just the right spot for our family of six -- two adults and four little ones. Everything was clean and comfortable and convenient. Enjoyed making meals in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and fresh. Vibe is cute and cozy.

Everything was very good, I liked the location, it is located in the middle of the south and north, everything was clean, a small cabin perfect for 2 to 5 people, my husband and I enjoyed it very much. just a small detail with the window covering that it didn't have, thank you for let us enjoy your place

The location was great not far from the lake close to Tahoe City your not out in the woods alone, other cabins around. We felt safe. Cabin was really cute easy access over all it was a very comfortable stay for us. Only small thing was the stairway handle were a little lose other than thats our overall saty was great. THANK YOU

Not so enchanting. After receiving very detailed instructions about bear safety, we arrived to find the housekeeper had dropped a bag of trash on the driveway. The kitchen table was smeared with two different substances. The rest was pretty basic and clean, but considering paying 240 cleaning fee for a two night stay it was less than satisfactory.

The check in was a little more than we had barged for because of the heater but by the time we got the the manager had worked everything out an we had a great weekend Thank you!

Uncomfortable and Limited Supplies

Unfortunately, we would not recommend this cabin after our recent stay. Especially for the price, we found it disappointing. We found the master queen bed and couch to be very uncomfortable and dilapidated. My spouse and I kept "rolling" into the middle of the very soft bed. He ended up not being able to sleep on the mattress. We did not find the cabin to be well equipped in comparison to other VRBO rentals - no matches / lighter for wood burning fireplace, no scissors, no plastic bags / foil, no beach towels, only 2 blankets, etc. Kitchen equipment was just ok (e.g. dull knives). We did enjoy the location - easy access to walk along the multi-use trails or hike up Eagle Rock trail without driving. About 10 minute drive to restaurants, shopping, and Commons Beach in Tahoe City.
