Nestled in the popular Chamberlands neighborhood, this three-bedroom home with a hot tub is an ideal family getaway, just a 3-minute walk from the lake on the West Shore. In the summer, you can take advantage of the Chamberlands amenities, including access to a private beach. Clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly, it provides a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

Step into a large and inviting living room with an oversized sectional, flat screen TV, and open concept to the dining and kitchen area. Down the hall are the three bedrooms, the primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and two queen bedroom sharing a bathroom. Situated with the family in mind, it allows for peace and quiet throughout the home with it's single level living.

The large backyard and deck offer plenty of space for entertaining. Plus, you'll enjoy a prime West Shore location within walking distance of Homewood Ski Resort, West Shore Cafe, Obexers Market, and Homewood Marina.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property ,may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

This is a solid 3 bedroom house. It has a big, well-equipped kitchen with great appliances. The picture show a small dining table, but it expands to seat 8-10 with chairs and two benches. It has a big two car garage, but the doors are short so we has to take our skis off to drive into the garage with a few inches of clearance over the rack on our BMW x5. It has a big driveway that can hold 4 cars. It has a small hot tub (4 seats) outside of the main bedroom, but not all the jets were working.

This is not the typical Cabin in the area but it is a very well maintained house very comfy, spacious and has everything that is needed . The kitchen is AMAZING ! I wish I would have the appliances they have . We cooked all the time and had everything we needed and more . The location is great close to Emerald bay and amazing Hikes ! We loved Tahoe and loved the house . Thanks

Nice kitchen for friends to enjoy cooking together. The house was good for 4 adults and many of the homes in the area are very nice. The only downside was a “party house” across the street that a local had warned us would be noisy. They definitely were.

We decided to try a different area of Lake Tahoe and glad we did. I have always stayed on the South side. Homewood was perfect and just 10 minutes from Tahoe City. The home was clean and comfortable. With a Beautiful back yard and large hot tub. Had Cable and Internet. Enjoyed everything about it. Please be cautious! We had bears visit twice. We will definitely be returning.

There couples stayed here for a weekend and we loved the homey feel and exceptional amenities (the kitchen was amazing) of this house. Such a quick walk to the lake, and hiking trails. Hot tub was perfect. Everything was clean. No issues whatsoever

I visited for 3-nights with my parents, husband, and 10-year-old. My parents favorite thing about the stay was the large kitchen and BBQ grill on the back deck. My favorite thing was the steaming hot tub on the back deck, overlooking the lovely back lawn, surrounded by trees. It was very relaxing and at night I could look up at the stars. My dad also very much enjoyed sitting around the fancy fire table on the front deck.

My group of 6 loved this property, especially the spacious and modern kitchen which was restaurant quality! The location is great, and would be even better on years with enough snow to ski Homewood, which is basically walking distance. Anyways, beautiful home, I would highly recommend it.

Great spot - great location. Only complaint is that the rental company wanted to charge a crazy amount for an early check in - I understand with the snow there’s plowing to do but it seemed a little high for what we were asking. Otherwise - highly recommend.

Our family recently stayed here for a mid-week get-a-way to the west shore of Lake Tahoe. The property is well maintained with modern décor and appliances. The beds were comfortable and the setting was quiet private as the back yard is mainly open space and the house sits on a wooded corner lot two blocks from the highway. We enjoyed the close proximity and access to the private beach area at Chambers Landing. Although we did not use it, there is a shuttle that runs from the neighborhood over to the beach area. The hot tub was a wonderful addition and we enjoyed bbq on the back porch. While staying at Buffalo Lodge, we rented bikes at Homewood and road to Tahoe City, rented a boat in Tahoe city for the day, golfed at Tahoe City Course, and enjoyed several hikes and afternoons on the beach at Chambers Landing. Despite the bear gates and bear boxes there were no yogi's to bee seen this trip--just chipmunks and blue jays! The property management team was awesome in assisting us with retrieving a few items our daughter left behind. Reservation, pre-check-in, check-in and check-out could not have bee easier. Great mobile app and communication. We hope to return again!

This house is immaculate and has everything you need for a vacation. I wish my own home was half this organized. Management company was great and responded quickly when I locked myself out on a holiday weekend. Enjoyed our days at Chambers beach and the ease of using the shuttle to get there. We will definitely be booking again!
