  • This delightful bungalow in Derril provides an ideal picturesque quiet escape for those looking to explore the best of what North Devon and Cornwall both have to offer. Take your pick of an array of stunning walking routes including public foot paths, local beaches and the renowned South West Coast Path, and why not even bring your four-pawed friend along with you? This home is also in close proximity to an abundance of family fun activities including the stunning 8-mile trip into Bude where you have bowling, soft play, public indoor swimming pool, shops, cafés and a choice of three glorious sandy beaches. Also Holsworthy golf course is just 1.5 miles away.

    As you step up into the bungalow directly off the driveway, you will enter the initial corridor with the first of two bedrooms on your left, this is a triple bunk bedroom with a single bed over a double along with the fantastic addition of a smart TV. Straight ahead of you is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and once again an accompanying smart TV and ample clothing space. Moving on from the bedrooms you will come to the stylishly fitted family bathroom equipped with a bath, overhanging waterfall shower and WC. From here you can take the door opposite into the lounge which has a fantastic U-shaped sofa to relax into after a day of adventures. Join this with the smart TV to create the best mix for a family film night in. The lounge then opens up to the kitchen/conservatory diner, where there is a cuddle chair for cosying up in. The kitchen has everything you need including an electric oven with induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The dining space also has plenty of room for four guests to dine together, and can be extended for extra room. This room is again equipped with a smart TV, great to watch the morning news whilst tucking into breakfast.

    From the dining area you can head outside into the enclosed back patio and garden. Here you can relax with the outdoor seating, fire pit and BBQ, whilst enjoying views over the fields beyond. You also have access to the garage room where you will find a washing machine, dryer and a brilliant space to store bikes, bodyboards or even mucky walking boots after exploring the Devon and Cornwall countryside. The private driveway has plenty of space for three cars.
