  • Ven a experimentar una de las islas más bellas de Florida. Esta escapada del Golfo completamente renovada está a pasos de playas de arena blanca con las increíbles aguas turquesas del Golfo de México. La casa de tres pisos es una "casa de playa" de dos dormitorios y dos baños que duerme cómodamente a 6 personas (1 king, 2 queen, más un sofá cama). El dormitorio principal ocupa todo el tercer piso con baño completo. El segundo piso tiene el dormitorio de invitados, con baño completo. La cocina, la sala, el comedor y el área de lavandería también se encuentran en este piso, con acceso a la segunda cubierta para desayunar en el balcón. Disfruta de la brisa del golfo y una taza de café aquí. La cubierta trasera en la planta baja es grande, un lugar agradable para sentarse, relajarse y cenar a la parrilla después de un día en la playa. Hay un patio cercado y una ducha al aire libre. Sillas de playa y juguetes te esperan en la sala de playa dentro del garaje. Recorra la isla desde el sistema de tranvía gratuito que se puede atrapar a pocos metros de la puerta principal. El tranvía se detiene en los principales destinos de la isla, por lo que no se requiere conducir. Hay restaurantes y pubs locales a poca distancia a pie, junto con minigolf, tiendas en la playa y alquiler de bicicletas. Esta es una casa familiar donde nuestra familia ha tenido años de experiencias maravillosas. Trae a tu familia, crea recuerdos que durarán toda la vida y disfruta de la buena vida en la isla de Ana María.

Great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. You are close to the road so the traffic noise can be a bit loud. You can walk to all the local places. We loved having chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart and bikes! Spacious for our family and had everything we needed.

Property was in great shape and in a fantastic location - easy access to the beach, the trolley, and local eateries and shops. Had some minor issues/questions and our hosts responded immediately. We stayed for the month of February and our only regret was that we weren’t there longer.

Great Stay

The house is clean, spacious, and in a great location - close to the beach and many restaurants. The hosts were responsive and very helpful as well. We had a great time!

Beach house in a great lication

We had a great time in this home which was in a great location to shopping, dining, and the beach. It is nicer in person and had lots of beach gear and bikes. Very clean as well!

Perfect location

We had an amazing time. This house is perfect for our family, very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. We are planning to come back and stay longer. Thank you!

Wonderful stay just minutes to the beach

Lovely townhouse just a block from the beach. Well equipped kitchen and generous toiletries, beach chairs, bikes, and towels. Hosts are very responsive to any issues.

Great place to stay!

This home is iin the perfect location! It is one block from the beach and one block from restaurants and shopping. We also appreciated all of the items provided to use at the beach. The owners are quick to reply when we had questions.

Great Location! Great Gulf Beach!

Dany and Carmen were great hosts! We enjoyed the easy convenience of being so close to the Gulf beach, and the bikes were really handy for getting around the island. The house is well appointed-- we particularly enjoyed the grills and patio area for cooking seafood and dining outside.

House was within walking distance to a lot and the trolly stop was right outside. Good amenities in the house, very helpful to have beach stuff already there!

Island Getaway

Busy little island with plenty of good places to eat. Walking distance to the beach. Short drive to the mainland. Golf cart rentals across the street makes it convenient for getting around on the island. Owner on call if anything is needed

House by the beach

The property was clean, well appointed, and spacious. It said short walk to beach and it is short. Tòok only a minute or so to be on beach. Wagon was there with everything you needed including chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach towels

Amazing vacation!

The house is exactly as described. It's such a close walk to the beach and to restaurants and ice cream and the free trolley stops! We loved feeling the breeze (all the windows have screens!). The beds were comfortable. The beach gear was plentiful. I did not want to leave and I hope we'll be back soon.

Spring break 2023

The property was well maintained! Had wonderful location to everywhere. Stocked with beach toy, wagon and all your beach day needs! The kitchen could use a few more plates, eating utensils so we wouldn't need to wash before the next meal, but other than that we would totally stay here again! Communication was excellent whenever we had a question.

Little island in the sun

Well after waiting almost 3 years to return to AMI we certainly weren’t disappointed with this accommodation. The property is clean, comfortable and in a really good location with the beach 🏖 minutes away there is plenty of beach furniture to use. Our son and his wife loved utilising the bikes exploring favourite spots on the island. Fabulous thank you

Great house

This is house is great! The pictures don’t do it justice, there is updated decor and furniture in the house that isn’t in the pictures so it’s even better! Everything was pretty clean. Using the garage was a blessing also all the beach supplies! Extra towels, bedding, chargers, everything you could think of! And location was perfect especially to the beach, just a short walk down the side walk. Back porch was perfect for a relaxing night with your favorite drink. Will come again!

awesome house

not sure I want to rave about this house too much or it will not be available .great location. Everything is with in a short walk. 227 steps to the beach. carpeted stairs..who does that? The owner gives you everything you could possibly need . large roomy house and the master bedroom is spectacular. My wife did not want to leave .

Wonderful vacation

This is our 3rd year visiting AMI. We enjoyed the house very much, the location is so close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops etc... The kitchen was well stocked I appreciated having a high powered blender and more than one roll of paper towels (many properties only leave one). There are bikes in the garage and we used them to explore and ride to breakfast a few miles away. There are plenty of beach supplies available as well. We will definitely consider this property when we come back next year.

Great house!

Excellent communication with the owners - they responded immediately to any questions I had and super helpful. Loved the location, super close to the beach and tons of great restaurants were within walking distance. Nice liquor store right across the street. Even though it's a busy area, the house was very quiet. The grocery store was a quick bike ride, it was really nice to have bikes provided. We didn't have a car while we were there and got along great. Tons of water toys and equipment provided. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning was excellent. Plenty of hot water for 4-6 people to take a shower, we never ran out of hot water even if all us took showers at about the same time. If staying longer than a week, be sure to bring dishwasher tabs, tall garbage bags and toilet paper. Otherwise, everything was provided.
