Private Island Home with heated pool! This is a single whole house. The walk to beach is 4-5 minutes! Call me to arrange shorter stays
You will love this Key West style private home on Anna Maria Island. The home is only a short walk to the pristine beaches of Anna Maria Island. And great restaurants!The house is uniquely located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic, making it very peaceful & child friendly.
Your island home has 3 bedrooms: 1 queen bedroom, 2 singles bedroom and 2 singles bedroom (double daybed trundle). Also, queen size pull-out couch. The home has free WIFI, full YouTube TV and large flat screen SMART TV.
Also, Roku stick (bring your codes for NetFlix, Hulu, HBO etc.) in bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for home cooked meals.
Anna Maria Island is known for its beautiful sugar white sand beaches. A very short 3-4 minute walk from the house, brings you to a wide, uncrowded beach. Spend a day at the beach, fishing off the local piers or visiting the quaint shops on the island.

Perfect for my family!

Hello. We have been visiting Anna Maria Island for 10 years. Each place we stay is different, and each place has been on the mainland. This year we decided to stay on the island. This property was perfect for my family of four! Each of my boys had their own private room, which my teenager loved. The biggest attractions for my family was the heated pool and the incredible three minute walk to the beach! Just loaded the wagons and cooler, and we had our feet in sand in no time! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location to the park with basketball and pickleball. We know the island well, and our favorite restaurants were within minutes. The owner was friendly, reachable and returned our texts promptly with questions we had. We can't thank him enough for hosting! We will definitely seek this property again when we return!

Perfect location. Close to the Beach Access. Walkable eating and bar options. Pool has a perfect balance of sun and shade throughout the day. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Definitely returning soon.

Perfect House

This house was just right for our little family! Clean, well stocked, great location, pool was wonderful, owners had great communication. It was so nice to be able to come to the beach and everything already be here: beach chairs, kitchen items, linens. The location was wonderful just right down the street and close to restaurants/store. Definitely would like to come back!

Island time with great location!

We stayed for over a week and the home did not disappoint. There were ample sleeping accommodations for all of us and everything we needed to cook our own meals. The host provided beach essentials (wagon, chairs, beach toys, etc) which was an added bonus. The heated pool in the backyard was the icing on the cake. With the temps in the low to mid 70's we were comfortable able to use the pool anytime of day. Being only a couple blocks from beach access allowed for easy walks to the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Fun in the sun

Location was great just a short walk to beach. House set up nicely with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Plenty of beach towels.Lots of beach chairs and toys for all ages. Saw dolphins and manatees. What a thrill. Great place to relax and enjoy the all the area had to offer. Would stay again.

Wonderful Property

We loved our time spent staying in your cozy home. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The beach is just a short walk away and the pool was wonderful. We hope to stay again in the future. When we showed up to check in for 3pm the cleaning crew was still inside and told me check in was supposed to be 4 but the host was quick to respond and we were able to get into the house around 4pm. Not a huge deal just a little frustrating as we were exhausted from a long day of travel. We appreciated all of the little things like the beach cart, pool toys, and even travel sized dish and laundry pods to get us started. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous Beach Getaway

My family and I loved this home. My son and nephew loved the pool as well. The kitchen had everything you may need to cook with. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. I had read the reviews beforehand so knew I needed them and brought them, no biggie. It is a good little walk to the beach but wasn’t too exerting. You can even drive to manatee public beach if you didn’t wanna walk. The only issue we had at the house was how bad the mosquitos were (not the fault of the owner). I did let the owner know and they had someone come spray the yard, well that didn’t help, off didn’t help and neither did citronella. The owner said for us to get a big fan for the patio and they would reimburse us, so we did that and it seemed to do the trick. The owner was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Fijn huis en zwembad maar kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken

Heerlijke week gehad! Zwembad was lekker voor de kinderen. Zwembad was wel heel vies toen we aankwamen. Ook stonden er heel veel klus spullen in de hoofd slaapkamer die hebben moeten opruimen. Het huis is ruim en goed uitgerust alleen kan het een en ander wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken of vervangen worden. Prijs kwaliteit niet in balans.

Perfect house for our family of 5

The house was perfect for our family. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect - a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. The house is located at the end of a quiet street so there was zero traffic/noise. The owner was so easy to work with. The house has beach bikes, a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, everything you need for the beach. The backyard/pool is completely private - surrounded by beautiful tropical trees/plants. We loved our vacation here and can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful oasis

Even better than it looks in pictures! The pool is a beautifully landscaped private oasis that could be in any home magazine. The home is spacious and cheerfully decorated. The location is awesome at the end of a dead end road so it's very quiet and peaceful. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hanks, and Original Sand Dollar were some of our nearby favorites. Owner is very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Wonderful small cottage with amazing private pool area. The pool area feels like you're in the middle of the jungle, despite being in the middle of town. Cottage is at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Property manager/owner was very responsive and easy to contact. Quick 4-5 minute walk to a quieter part of the beach (no public beach parking in the immediate area). Will stay here again.

The Beach Cottage

Loved the decor of the cottage. Enjoyed the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Used bike to grab a bite at the Ugly Grouper. Beach is close as well. Can't say enough good things about our stay.
