Paradise Awaits you at “Palm View Lakehouse” ENJOY THE BRAND NEW POOL! FISH FROM YOUR DOCK ON SPRING LAKE RIGHT IN YOUR BACKYARD!
This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath half duplex is nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria’s only natural spring fed lake. Enter through the yellow cheery front door greeted by tropical, coastal décor and an open living, dining floor plan overlooking the lake through two sliding glass doors off the open back porch to bring the outside in.
The living room comes complete with a plush L shaped sleeper sofa and a 55in flat screen streaming TV with a DVD player for family movie night/game night. The spacious lake view master bedroom suite has a king-sized mattress, 50’ flat screen streaming TV, and a spacious walk-in closet complete with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The en-suite bathroom has a lovely soaking tub/shower combo making it perfect for sandy kids after a long day at the beach.
The 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a large closet with plenty of hangers. Conveniently right outside the bedroom door sits the beautiful stone walk-in shower.
Feel the island vibes while soaking and sipping up sunset colors reflecting off the water from your back porch in the most comfortable patio furniture all while listening to the ospreys chirp to each other above you.
The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, stocked will all the gadgets, dishes, and cookware you need to whip up a feast or pack a picnic to load in the cooler to take down to the beach. With only 2 blocks to the beautiful emerald gulf coast waters.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.
Palm View Lakehouse is a one week minimum rental.

Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property

Palm view paradise

We had a great stay at the palm view cottage, a great little duplex with a pool and tiny lake view to fish from. Kitchen had everything we needed. 2 blocks from the gulf beach!

Spring Break 2025

This location was super nice - very conveniently located, quiet, yet perfect for our family of four. Easy check in. The beds were soooo comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay - I did order 6 extra bath towels, and a beach canopy - but we ended up using the umbrellas in the shed. The pool was PERFECT and warm! Didn't get any fish out of the pond, but we fished across the church parking lot and got a few! Went to all the beaches - including Bean point!! WOW! Thanks for the tips on 2 Scoops - it was delicious! Thanks Sara and Bill!

Comfortable and clean

We loved our stay. The home was exactly what we were looking for. We had a slight electrical issue that was dealt with promptly by the property management team who informed me where the breaker box was. Other than construction work going on at 7 am around the lake, we really enjoyed our stay and the home. We love A.M.I. We had a very special time with our daughters and we plan to return in the fall for another visit. Most like will try to book this home for our trip.

Perfect house for little family

Great house. Perfect for our family of 5. The pool was tiny but perfect for little kids. The bottom of pool is quite rough so be prepared for that. The kitchen was well stocked, beds super comfortable, & everything felt clean and comfortable. We did drive to the beach due to the walk, but it was doable.

Perfect property!

The property was perfect for us! The unit was so adorably furnished and cozy. We had everything we needed. Everything was so clean too. We were happily surprised when we saw there was a pool too. What a great bonus!! The unit is centrally located to everything on the island, no more than 5 minutes away from all the great spots. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for lending us your little piece of paradise ❤️
