Experience Anna Maria Island from this little gem of a pool view bungalow. Coconuts Courtyard is located in the Coconuts Beach Resort, a long-time favorite island destination! You'll love this newly refreshed unit that has had a complete makeover with a fully equipped kitchen, elegant yet comfortable living room and private bedroom with plush queen beds. The bedroom also features cable TV.

At Coconuts you will enjoy the Florida beach cottage experience with authentic island vibes. Relax by the pool or wander right out your door down to the shoreline. This unit features your own private, screened in lanai! There are plenty of beach loungers to relax in as well as a dining table for 4 on your spacious lanai. You won't want to miss the amazing panoramic Gulf of Mexico sunsets. At night the sound of gulf waves crashing will lull you into a peaceful sleep.

Coconuts Courtyard is centrally located in the middle of Holmes Beach. The free island trolley stop is just one block away from the complex and will take you anywhere else on the island. There is a dedicated parking space for your unit as well as visitor parking on a first come, first served basis.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Great Location!

Conveniently located just steps away from the beach! Enjoyed all the extra beach gear that we found in the apartment. Appreciated having our own designated parking spot, sure in when it's busy season that would simplify things.

PERFECT

First time to Holmes Beach and this little simple gem was perfect! The added bonus was a heated pool after a chilly beach day. The location was spot on and already planning on returning next year! Thank you for the reset❤️

The location is Perfect. However, the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. The kitchen ( sinks and dishes) were very dirty. Also, the little outdoor porch was filthy. Floor with inch of sand on it and filthy table and chairs. I did ask for help with this. Most was resolved except for dishes, outdoor furniture, and the unbelievably filthy washer and dryer the guests were to use. Horrible! They would do nothing about it saying it wasn’t Their responsibility. If those things were resolved, I might visit again But idk

Excellent location and Pool

Although we were very happy with the location, only steps away from the ocean and pool nearby, the condo was in dire need of repair and updates. Rust was found on the refrigerator door and stove. Appliances need to be replaced and the furniture was small and uncomfortable. Dishes and cupboards need to be wiped down and dishes were filthy. Queen bed was very comfortable, linens were nice but tub was dirty and old. We did have a rainstorm and the lanai flooded. Disappointed to learn upon arrival that the washer and dryer was outdoor and shared. Would definitely hesitate to return unless upgrades were made to the unit.

Good location

Good place to stay for the location- close to dining and shopping, nice pool, steps away from the beach. The kitchen was not as clean as I would like upon arrival. I wouldn’t make any food until I wiped the counters down (a couple of times). The cupboards had a strong musty smell, so I wiped them down as well before putting food away in them and using the dishes. Appliances are old, but worked well for what we needed. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, which were all in good shape; some appeared pretty new. The bathroom was clean with newish towels (plenty) and new shower curtain and liner. The living room furniture has been updated, the mattresses on the beds were brand new. We liked having a screened in porch which could be locked up. We would stay in this unit again, but hope for a little better cleaning job prior to our arrival.

almost had a scare

Let me begin by saying that this property is beautiful and amazingly clean. It’s the perfect old Florida look you can expect when visiting the island. I have been a regular on the island for over 15 years and can see the changes but I’m faithful to the welcoming locals. I have MS and with my condition, tranquillity is key. That said, I was expecting a more peaceful trip as usual and my family was looking forward to having the pool on the property. However it appears that there are visitors that are sneaking in to use the private pool from the surrounding properties that don’t have the same accommodations. While the pool is meant to be used by all coconuts guests, there is no actual monitoring. My teenagers were not able to use the pool not even once during a 7 day stay.. it appears there were guest that were staying at the property who also had friends who were staying in the nearby area. They manned the pool are and basically made it impossible for anyone else to enjoy. This same guest had friends wondering the property and at one point my husband caught one of them trying to see if our condo door was open. We notified management immediately and sent over pictures. This is a little unsettling because I have a teenager and could have seen this going in a different direction had he gotten in. Later that same night, we came back from dinner and observed the police walking off the property from the pool area along with an extensive stench of marijuana. This is not the atmosphere we are used to experiencing. I can only assume someone also made a complaint. We truly hope this was an isolated incident, the property is absolutely beautiful and the management also appeared friendly. I just didn’t notice a true concern for our complaint and we are not ones to be too persistent or naggers. Hopefully our for something better next time

Great Little spot.

This place was great. It's located very close to the beach and just a short drive to the shops and some local bars. The place had everything we needed for the kitchen and beach. We loved the ease of access to and from the place. We will look at coming back for another trip here.

Accommodations exceeded our expectations

Our very small unit was very clean and nicely equipped. Extra bath towels and beach towels were great as were two small beach umbrellas and two beach chairs. We did not do any meal prep but there appeared to have all the basics to do so. Enjoyed our stay!

First time on Anna Maria Island

This was our first time to vacation on Anna Maria Island and we loved it! The condo was just a short walk to the beach! We enjoyed the screened in porch to allow you some privacy while sitting outside. The condo is located in a good location for a short drive to restaurants and the grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for two beach bums. Easy walk to beach. Accommodations were perfect for us. A trolley ran every day if you didn’t want to drive. Excellent eateries. We’d come back in a heartbeat 💗

Great Condo and location!

Beautiful spot to stay in Anna Maria. Host did a fantastic job of answering questions and ensuring everything went smooth. Pool and beach were fantastic! Would stay here again.
