    This modern home is only two blocks from the warm Gulf waves of Holmes Beach. You're right in the center of Anna Maria Island, with easy access to shops and restaurants. You can use the driveway of the home to park your car when you're not exploring - but if you want to get around like a local, north and southbound stops of the free trolley are each only a quick walk away, making it easy to visit the city of Anna Maria to the north or the sands of Bradenton Beach to the south.



    Back at home, enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard and heated lagoon pool. Dry off and head to the covered balcony for more fresh air, or to start dinner on the grill. Back inside, the kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, making it easy to whip up some sides. Dine at the table for six - or counter for four - before retiring to the living room to stay entertained with free WiFi and a TV.

    Things to Know

    This property has a 7-night minimum stay requirement.

    The elevator and garage are not for guest use.

    Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.

    We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

    Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Great location!

We loved staying in this home! It was in a great location, just a few blocks from the beach. Very nice home, great outdoor spaces and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Close to beach, park, shopping and restaurants. Furnished well and room for all 6 of us. Nice private pool too.

Dream vacation

This was an absolute dream vacation! The house was beautiful, clean and housed our family perfectly. It had everything we needed to help make our stay enjoyable. The pool was a great added bonus. We hope to come back soon!

Nice accommodations and close to the beach.

The home is beautiful, comfortable, and it is a short walk to the beach. Can watch the sunset from the front balcony. Bed is comfortable as well.

Exactly as pictured.

We had a lovely stay at Neolinda. Just a 2 min golf cart ride away from the beach and just a bit longer to all the shops and restaurants on Pine. The home, pool, and property was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4.

Cozy Beach Getaway

The layout of this house is wonderful - we're a family with three small kids and it worked perfectly for us! The kitchen had everything we need (except ice/filtered water -- they were both so slow they weren't really useable from the fridge) and everything was comfortable and clean. We would definitely return!

Loved our week in Neolinda with its beautiful decor and layout which is open and inviting. Pool was warm, surfboard shower a great place to clean off and several outdoor areas to relax. Street was quiet with easy access to the beach and to the ships in Holmes beach. We plan to rent again.

The Neolinda offered excellent amenities: the decor was beach beautiful, all the furniture in the condo was stylish and comfy, and the pool and porch allowed you to enjoy the warm Florida temps around the clock. Top notch family friendly vacation dwelling in walking distance to the pristine gulf coast. Fabulous eateries a few minutes a way. Would go back in a heartbeat...lots more to experience.
