Part of a perfectly-sized 8 unit complex, you'll have parking for two vehicles and access to the complex pool and "back-yard" grilling area. Just off the pool deck there is a coin operated washer/dryer.


The property is centrally located in the City of Holmes Beach. Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore the island on the free trolley.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

Great place

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was walking distance to the beach and various different stores including the supermarket, ice cream. Doable if you have small children. There are coin operated laundry machines on site (not in the condo) but it was easy to access and use.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. My children particularly enjoyed the pool and we loved the proximity to the beach. It's a little dated inside and we would have preferred the 2nd bathroom to be on the same floor as the bedrooms. Would also have preferred a pantry for food and a washer/dryer inside the unit. Besides that, we had a great time. Very clean and beachy!

Loved the sunsets!

We had a great time staying here. Great location, easy access to the beach! Stores and restaurants close. Quiet neighborhood as well. The beds need to be updated soon! We would stay here again!

Great location for the price

You can see the sunset over the Gulf for the deck. Quiet but close to stores. A little dated but the price reflects the condition. Heated pool or a three min walk to the beach

falling apart

The condo was in a good location. It was dusty and only moderately clean. The front light did not work. The ice maker did not work. There were ants in the kitchen. The condo had water damage and actively leaked while we stayed there. The TV upstairs was very old. The TV downstairs was a smart TV but the cable channels did not work. We did complain about this once and they "fixed it" but it never really worked. We have to sign in via our personal Netflix account. The blinds were broken. And the upstair bathroom's towel rack fell right off. It wasn't pulled. It fell off while I was hanging a towel. I would not stay here again.
