The main living area features vaulted ceilings and includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Large windows flood the living space with natural light and provide panoramic views of the Gulf with sensational sunsets on display nightly. Custom artwork and coastal decor throughout the home evokes a sense timeless elegance and comfort. The dining room has a table for ten with additional seating at the oversized kitchen island counter. An elevator provides convenient access to each floor for groceries and luggage.

Each of the four spacious bedrooms feature a king size bed and ensuite bathroom which all include a Toto Washlet with Electronic Bidet. Three of the bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the beach. All bedrooms include crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The covered poolside entertainment area features patio lounge furniture, dining table for six, and a bar area with TV. Relax in the heated pool and spa and enjoy the stunning views of the beach and water. The outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off the sand from your day in the sun. When not in the water, enjoy a game of cornhole, paddle smash or bocci. Perfect for family time!

Inside you will find a fully stocked game room with pool, ping pong, foosball, skee-ball, air hockey, basketball, pinball and a 300-game arcade game. Guests will love the inside/outside Sonos music system which features a dedicated mini IPad controller.

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
