"We had a good stay overall and the location was great. The host was very helpful, responsive, and quick to assist whenever needed, which we really appreciated.
One small suggestion would be regarding the heating — it didn’t seem to work very effectively, as cool air was still coming in despite adjustments to full heat. Additionally, some pantry items like spices appeared old or expired, so we didn’t use them. It might be helpful to have unopened essentials such as salt and pepper available. We...

"I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. "Very clean! Every once in a while the whole room would shake! I don’t know if that’s because it’s an older home but it was a little strange, not gonna lie! "The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!"
