Run or Summer Salt, but do not walk to this nicely decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with great ocean views!  You and your furry family members will love the spacious sun decks to take it all in from the 2nd row in Surf City. Everyone will be head over heels to make great family memories here!

Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately 2.3 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Great beach house!

This house was perfect for my family. We stayed with 5 adults and 2 dogs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were private and there was space to gather in the kitchen and decks. The beach access was close so it was easy to go up for a snack or bathroom break. The only downfall was that the description said that some things were not available at the house but then they ended up having them after I’d already packed them (grill, spices, cooking oil, bath mats). Not a huge deal but a little frustrating. Overall we had a wonderful family vacation at Summer Salt!

This house had everything we needed, was spotless, and was in a perfect location!! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Spring Break Memories

I was skeptical about booking this house without seeing any previous reviews. But it turned out to be nice. We had a fun and relaxing family getaway. We were so close to the beach and had wonderful views of the ocean. Overall, the property was great. I admit I’m a picky person whereas my husband is the complete opposite. With that said, we both noticed a smell upstairs upon arrival. I can’t describe it. We tried to keep the doors open and spray to get rid of it, but honestly, it didn’t work. I thought with COVID, there would have been more attention to cleaning, certainly frequently touched surfaces - counter tops, fridge and microwave door handles, etc. That was not the case. There were hard crumbs that had clearly been there for some time... that needed to be scrubbed to remove. I also noticed old crumbs that needed to be scraped on the kitchen table and island as well. It didn’t appear the main bathroom sink had been wiped down either. Other than having to wipe down surfaces, my family had a great time. Wonderful memories for my kids.
