Mike is an exceptional host! We had an issue when we arrived and Mike handled it promptly.The house location is perfect. Restaurants and gift shops are within walking distance. And you can’t beat the ocean views from the top deck.

This was our family's third stay at "Stress Free by the Sea" and it was amazing as always. Perfect beach view and access including what my husband refers to as "one of the best decks on the beach"! The location also offers easy access to restaurants, shops and activities, although we did learn that options may be more limited in the less busy season! Still, an amazing vacation in a wonderful location. Highly recommend!

Family Fishing Trip

Wonderful spot with kind owners.

There isn’t a better spot to be on the island! Easy walk to the town of topsail for good food and Putt putt. Beautiful views and wonderful cottage. Will definitely return.

Exceptional!

This was our second trip to Stress Free by the Sea, and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first. The oceanfront decks are amazing, and the inside flows well for our family of 7. We are already planning next year's stay!

Annual extended family vacation

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. We enjoy ocean front setting with minimal tourist attractions. Location was ideal for us. We like to cook in with 1 or 2 nights out. It was exactly what I hoped it would be.

Great Family Beach Vacation

This is our second stay at Stress Free by the Sea. It is a great house in a great location. Amazing deck with great furniture and sunrise views. House is well stocked for a magical beach vacation. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, ice cream and mini-golf! We plan to come back next year!

VERY SPECIAL BEACH HOUSE

This place is lovely and far superior to most. The common spaces are spacious, beach access is great, the decks are well designed and user friendly. Kitchen is well supplied and appliances are great. The decor looks like it may have been professionally done; the atmosphere seems upscale yet is welcoming. We love the place!

Really nice house with a layout that fit or family needs really well. The new deck and walkway was a good addition Except for the rainy days there was beautiful sunrises that could be viewed from the deck House was clean with comfortable beds and easy arrival instructions Owner was easy to access Great location for a family vacation

Great House in Topsail Beach

We come to Topsail each summer and this is the best house we've rented yet. The proximity to the town makes walking for Cora's or Lewis tacos a breeze, and when we need to go back across the bridge for something else it isn't an inconvenience. The covered decks make for great early morning and evening relaxation to the sounds of the waves.

Great ocean getaway!

One of the best beach vacations we've ever had. Traveled with friends of ours who have been vacationing with us for over 20 years. Our adult children joined us. Room enough for everyone to have privacy, amazing location, and an incredible beach. The house has everything you need. The beach never felt crowded. Great weather every day.

This home was so clean and beautifully decorated. Everything worked, even the small things like night lights, oven light, outdoor hoses, etc. Everything in the home was in great shape (bedding, kitchen supplies, bathrooms). While there, the hot water heater went out. The owner was right on it and before we knew it, a brand new hot water heater was installed. This was the best home we have stayed in at Topsail Island.

Family Beach Trip to Topsail

The house and the location were wonderful. We loved the house decor, easy access to the town of Topsail and most of all the oceanfront access and view. The owner was great, communication was seamless. Mother Nature did deliver a tropical storm, which caused us to loose a beach day, but will make an interesting story to share as part of our 2023 experience!

Linens and towels

The property was great. Well stocked kitchen. The house was just great. But when we arrived in the late evening there were no sheets on the beds or towels available. Thankfully after calling the owner he gave us a code to open a closet with those items. A roof over the deck was wonderful to keep the direct sun off and make it cooler.

Perfect Place, Perfect Location, Perfect Time of Year

This is a fantastic place to gather with friends and family JUST after the Summer high season. There was PLENTY of room for seven of us to enjoy the living room, kitchen, dining room AND the multiple decks w/chairs and loungers. The surrounding area was super-quiet, with the occasional jogger and bike riders. I KNOW it's a vastly different scene sitting the Summer, as I've been there at that time. During THIS time if the year the beach was as not crowded at all, and having the direct access from the rental is SUCH a treat. The sunrise views from the deck were just exquisite. Again, the location is simply perfect, and so was the time spent with family and dear friends.
