Overall loved this place! Would like a new mattress for the king bed and updated love seats in the living room. Did have an issue with antsnon the last day in the living room/kitchen areas

We enjoyed our stay!

This was our first beach house stay. We absolutely enjoyed our time. The beach was crowded and the house was nice! I would recommend renting this house!!

Passively maintained

Dishwasher did not work, and apparently has not worked for several weeks. Gave property manager list of items on Sunday morning: dishwasher, kitchen faucet broken, broken coffee pot, vines covering steps and path to beach, one remote chewed up by dog, and one remote taped together with no batteries. Got excuses re understaffing and no proactive communication re response time. Jimmy came late afternoon on Tuesday and repaired what he could. Jimmy was good. Dishwasher repairmen came on Wednesday afternoon and, after saying they needed to troubleshoot issue and would be back in, disappeared. Obviously owner and property manager are only responding to issues raised by renters and only doing minimal work. Another renter told us they stayed here in 2023 and had no AC for 5 days. Most poorly maintained home in our 20 years of vacationing on Topsail.

Not super clean

Great location. Lots of inconvenient rules, such as early checkout (10). Payed for cleaning services but had to have every dish clean and put away and strip the beds- never had to do that before. Kitchen/ cookware need good cleaning.

We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was fantastic and completely stocked for cooking. Views were beautiful.

Disabled family members not able to stay

They did not disclose the elevator was not working so we were left with no place to stay at 430 on a Friday afternoon. Thankfully we were able locate a place on Emerald isle.

Great location and right on the beach. House was equipped with everything and lots of space for family. My only complaint is that it got warm in living area. Felt like ac couldn’t keep it cool.

Perfect number of rooms for our family. Elevator is a great bonus. Beautiful views. I only wish there was a grill for use.
