  • 3BR/2BA Bright Beach Home w/NEW MATTRESSES sleeps 6 & can fit 4 vehicles! Peek-a-boo ocean view from LARGE 2nd level back deck with beautiful open front marsh view from second level porch!
    Short walk to BEACH ACCESS and close to your favorite Surf City day or nightlife activities, rentals and restaurants.
    Fully furnished with all you need in the kitchen, linens, and towels. Lower storage includes two bikes, several boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, kids beach toys, folding wagon, and more!

    Recently upgraded guest bathroom, new screens, new front door, stringed lights added to back deck, additional TV added (in master bedroom), and more.

    PET RULES: 1. Two pets (only dogs or cats) are permitted so long as each is 50 lbs or
    less.
    2. These dogs or cats must be housebroken, flea-free, and 1 year or older.
    3. Please pick up after your pet when it/they go to the bathroom outside.
    4. No pets on the couch or beds.
    5. Pets must be crated if left unattended at the property.
    6. If any furniture, or the property in general, is damaged, guests will be
    charged accordingly with an invoice from a repairman.
    7. We want you and your pets to have the best stay! :)
    Lastly, the outdoor shower is winterized (unusable) from November to March.

This was the perfect little beach house for our trip. It is so close to the ocean and was so easy for us to just walk over whenever we wanted to go to the beach. The patios were really nice to sit out on too!

This beautiful beach house was perfect for myself and several friends. The location was incredible, with the beach being just about a 5 minute walk away and several restaurants within walking distance as well. The property had everything you could need for a day at the beach or time relaxing inside. The porch had an incredible view and was perfect for relaxing outside. This is the perfect place for a calm beach getaway.

Wonderful vacation

Perfect place for a family

Very clean cottage in a great location close to the beach. While it is not “fancy” it does check all the boxes for us- clean, comfortable, and special touches such as nightlights, plenty of fluffy towels, great porches with seating and views, and lots of extra items available for use at the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

We had a great time! The location was perfect and close to the beach as well as a short drive to shopping and food. The large front porch was perfect for the rain as well as under the house where my kids could still play without getting wet. Would recommend and hope to return in the future!
