Oceanfront Queen's Grant Condo - Pool, Boat Ramp, Dock

This oceanfront condo complex is your one-stop ocean getaway destination. All guests of E-216 can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, boat launch/storage and day dock.

This serene updated condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo is tastefully decorated and has everything you could need for a great beach vacation. Enter the unit into a small foyer; the laundry room will be directly to your right, a hallway to the rest of the condo lies to your left.The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs with bar seating, perfect for keeping the cook company. A dining table with seating for four sits directly in front of the kitchen. 

At the back of the condo is the living area with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and sliding doors out to the oceanfront deck. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa for additional Guests. To the right of the living area are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the ocean side and has a king bed, flat screen TV, sliding doors to the oceanfront deck and a private en suite full bathroom. At the opposite end of the hallway is the other bedroom. Bedroom two has a two twin beds and private access to the soundside deck. An additional full bathroom is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.  

Here, enjoy two fabulous decks, one with ocean and one with sound views, allowing for you to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset without leaving your condo. This entire property is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. This condo also offers PRIVATE wireless internet.

Queen's Grant HOA Regulations: Grills are NOT permitted anywhere on Queen's Grant oceanfront property. Grills are provided for use across the street. Smoking (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc.) or electronic cigarette usage or “vaping” is not permitted by any renter on any outside deck directly attached to a unit or stairs or landings leading to units.
Parking: 1 Parking Space
Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. Please review our Rental Policies and Cancellation Policy.

CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description.  Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO-
WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.   

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.

Room had great beach views. Would have liked to have had info on the beach chair rental option prior to being the 2nd or 3rd day of the rental time frame. Property was clean. Master toilet had a loud squealing noise so did not flush during the night so as not to disturb others at 2am.Kitchen was well supplied with items that was needed although we did not cook while there, it was available none the less.Over all great vacation. Would visit again.

Back to School Beach Trip

My family (myself, husband and teen) like to go to the beach prior to school starting again. This condo was perfect for us. The furniture was comfortable, we loved the large deck, and we were right at the beach access making it easy to go back and forth as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location but needs some repairs

The last time we stayed linens were provided . The views from balcony are beautiful, but the aged decking caused screws to lift and boards that are splintered . We both cut our feet on them . Needs to be fixed . We will look elsewhere next year .

A Slice of Heaven

A really nice older established property that is well maintained and very quiet. Location was excellent! We were able to get to the main bridge in Surf City quickly. We ate a variety of local food every night and we were not disappointed. Beautiful ocean front views with a large partially covered deck to block the afternoon sun and a little rain. Beach was gorgeous and we had it to ourselves most of our days there. We will stay here again in the very near future!

Great stay at Queen’s Grant.

The unit was very clean and in an excellent location. We enjoyed walking to downtown Topsail Beach via the beach and bike path. Also, enjoyed fishing on the sound side of Queen’s Grant at the end of the canals. Would stay there again.

Thanksgiving getaway

Beautiful condo right on the beach! Had a wonderful thanksgiving with almost all the kitchen supplies I needed for making my homemade apple pies for Thanksgiving dinner. Topsail is a beautiful area!

Great place, property management no such much

This condo is adorable. It has gorgeous views from every window. However, I’m not too impressed with the property management. The gate code given to us didn’t work when we arrived but we called the management company and they gave us another code to use. The condo looked mostly clean when we arrived, but things like the kitchen table not being wiped off made me question how clean it really was. It wasn’t that big of a deal because I brought cleaning supplies. If you decide to rent a grill, like we did, just know that you’re not allowed to use it anywhere on the property. Which means you have drag the grill across the street and down the road to use it. I wish I had realized the rules on grilling before wasting money on renting a grill. The internet didn’t work in the condo. The network and password given to us by management was wrong. However, I found other internet info in the laundry room. So, we tried that info which seemed to be correct but the internet still didn’t work. When we called management to troubleshoot, they told us to call Spectrum, which we declined to do. We decided to go without the internet and enjoy the beach instead. Other than those small annoying things, this is a great little beach spot! The building is family friendly and pretty quiet. Again, you can’t bet the beautiful views of the beach and sound from this condo!

Great Weekend Getaway!

Unit in great condition with awesome morning sunrise views. Very private unobstructed deck on top level. Must go down the rear steps to ground level and they up and over to get to the beach but the privacy and security of your own deck is worth it. Check out included toys and boards downstairs too. Will come back. Loved it.

Very nice property!

This condo was better than we expected. The place felt just like we were at home with the soft carpet and just the right firmness of the mattress. Very spacious living area as well as the master bedroom (huge). We have already reserved this for next year. Loved it.
