Pet hair is difficult to remove from linens and upholstery, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their stay

Great family getaway

My family stayed here for Mother's day weekend. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The location is perfect if you like to see the sunrise from the front deck. Private beach access was a huge plus. Only minutes from the restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Lives up to expectations!!

I gathered my family for a reunion and there was plenty of space for everyone! Right on the beach. Plenty of things to do if you get tired of those gorgeous views. One day was super windy but we took to the hot tub….no views lost! Thank you for my precious memories. Priceless.

My husband and I just needed a quick get away and we chose this house because we could have a beach view and a hot tub. It was nice, wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great location for a family vacation

Enjoyed a 3-generation family vacation here. The house has lots of space for kids and adults to hang out inside or outside on either of the decks, both of which have great ocean views. Stocked with plenty of towels (including beach towels) and several beach chairs and toys. Foosball table was a plus! We love Topsail Island and this location was convenient to restaurants in Surf City and Topsail Beach — by car and bicycle. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay!

You can't beat this location! It was wonderful to be right on the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee and happy hour on the deck watching the ocean. The house was perfect for our college reunion long weekend. Great floor plan for a large group and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This house was perfect for two families: 6 teens and 4 adults. Gave both adults a king size, front ocean master, a hot tub, and so close to the ocean you can watch your teenagers on the beach without even leaving the porch. 😂 not that we did that often. Big open space on the top floor gave plenty of room to play, relax, eat, etc. Porch was amazing for sitting and listening to the ocean, watching the stars, or just grabbing a drink while watching the ocean. The house is stocked with extra beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas just in case you need something. The extra fridge downstairs gave us plenty of room for extra food and drink storage. If you’ve never been to Topsail, it’s definitely a smaller more compact beach. Not commercialized and most everything is off the main road so it feels like lots of traffic and a bit cramped. You get use to it fast. It’s a nice 1.5 mile run or walk to the bridge which was a nice morning exercise! Had one issue while we were there which the hosts solved almost immediately for us, no complaints there. We would stay here again.

Awesome house

Family and two little dogs gathered from three states. The house is beautiful. The windows facing the beach were not clean on the outside but that’s probably because we arrived on an extremely windy day. The elderly parents stayed on the upper deck and watched the rest of us on the beach. There were toys and beach chairs (a couple were broken but we used them as they were). The only thing not provided (and we forgot) was bath soap but there is a local grocery just right of the roundabout toward the beach. There is plenty of parking available and a well-stocked kitchen (spices, pots, pans, dishes…) Christine is great to respond to your texts!

Generational Fun!

Four generations under one roof created many memories at this awesome property! Beach towels, beach chairs, and, some beach toys are available at this property. Path to the beach from the house is easy to traverse. Lots of comfy space to relax in the main living area and the upstairs deck. Large pantry is a plus for the kids to go "shopping" for snacks. HVAC kept up with all the kids' ins and outs. Water heater kept up with 12 people no problem. No issues with sound from the public access pathway next to the house. Plenty of parking. Downstairs fridge convenient for beach snacks/beverage storage.

We had an amazing stay at this house. Loved being able to go to the beach and then move to the hot tub when it got colder in the evenings. Beautiful views, clean house and lots of space for our group.

Co worker Retreat

My friends and I had an amazing and relaxing weekend at this home. Just what we all needed! We had quite a few dolphins playing in front of the house on our last morning, which really made it tough to leave and head back to reality. There was great communication with the owners and they were quick to answer any questions I had. Plenty of parking for large groups. I would definitely go back!

Perfect weekend gateaway with girlfriends!

Location was great! Not too far down the island, a quick drive for breakfast and dinner (get the lobster ravioli at Santorini’s and bagels from sunrise bagels). Loved that they had more than enough seating both dinning and living room. A good selection of kitchen needs. Even though we stayed in winter, they had plenty of anything a family would need in the summer! Beach towels, chairs, they even had a high chair and booster seat tucked away and a baby gate to the kitchen/living area. Will definitely consider this for a family vacation next time!
