Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a bright cheerful open floor plan home with beautiful ocean views and easy beach accesses within 400 feet on both sides of the house. The house is located 2.5 miles south of the shops and restaurants of Surf City and four miles north of the shops and restaurants of Topsail Beach.There is more than enough room under the house to park four cars and also room for several cars to park on the grass beside the driveway. There is an enclosed shower under the house as well as an open wash down area. Also there a nice sitting area in front of the charcoal grill. Directly behind the grilling area is a storage room with a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, beach cart, and 6 bikes.The best feature of all is the wide covered porch with six tall wooden Adirondack chairs and a matching table. The covered porch will keep the hot sun and rain off you while you enjoy 3 ocean views. The back of the house features an uncovered deck with a picnic table shaded by trees. The well furnished living area features a 55 inch Samsung Led TV with cable, Netflix, and a Blue-ray DVD Player. The well stocked kitchen has plenty of counter space and four counter stools. All four bedrooms have Queen sized beds. Three of these have a three inch mattress topper and one is firm.There are two bathrooms, one with a shower tub and the other with shower only.

This is the best host I have ever found. He makes sure your stay is set up for success before you even step foot in his wonderful beach house. His home comes fully furnished with everything from towels to ketchup. The home is in a wonderful location with great views from the front porch deck of the ocean. Every year our family looks forward to this relaxing and stress-free stay. The host is always available if you need him and does what he can to make your stay perfect.

We absolutely love the place from the layout to the view, quick responding from the owner very willing to help with anything we need. I was traveling with a baby and they said they had a pack and play in one of the closets. I said wonderful. I’ll find it when I get there. I show up and it’s on the counter waiting for me. Place is wonderful. It was nice to have all the supplies for the beach if we wanted, bikes to go riding if we wanted it was just perfect. We spent the week of Christmas there and had an amazing time. We would love to come back again sometime.

If you have saved this house and you are just waiting to book, STOP what you are doing and do it! 2 of the 4 bedrooms have ocean views. The living room opens up to the deck that is all doors and clear views of the ocean. We saw dolphins surfing from the deck!!!!! Our hosts were absolutely amazing and there was everything plus way more then we even expected. Beach chairs, bikes, toys, outdoor shower, area for the animals, only 1 neighbor and you can't really see them. Parking for days, extras everywhere we looked! Pet friendly!! We loved our stay, easy 2 house walk to the beach access. It was just perfect! and I mean perfect! We can't thank them enough!

I liked the layout of the house. I also liked the the detailed instructions on just about everything. I liked that the backyard did not allow any of my dogs to escape. That has happened before. I liked that they had a lot of poop bags to use. My husband loved the location. We hope to return in the spring or summer. . Only thing that I can find fault with is the pans/ skillet and I will bring my pans. Otherwise very nice home, comfortable and spacious . Highly recommend.!
Buck and Maggie seemed to enjoy watching the street.

The house has many amenities for a fun and relaxing stay with an ocean view and in just 75 steps we’re on the beach! Great location with plenty of parking. shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. Very enjoyable stay!

This was our third stay at Egrets Walk and we love it! The house is perfect for our family and dog. Everything is set up and ready to go as soon as you walk in. Very simple process to rent and Tom is available for any questions. Excellent beach house!

We came from Tenn to see our marine. Home was abundantly furnished with all our needs. Communication with owner was amazing. Home was clean and convenient to the beach, without all the hustle bustle traffic. Very comfortable stay! Our fur child loved her first beach visit. We really enjoyed our vacation at Egret’s Walk. The house is laid out nicely with a covered porch with a view of the water. It’s very close to the beach access which was convenient with young kids! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and even a beach cart. There were also 6 bikes in very good shape that we used to bike to the sound side of the island and enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Overall it was a great experience!

The home was very nice and very clean. They had supplies i dont usually get and there was plenty. Paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, and beach equipment. Tom was very nice and professional when we chatted. Also location was great!!!

It is always a good sign when I read reviews of a property, and many reviewers share that they have stayed in the home multiple times. I could tell this home would be a great place! At the end of our stay at Egrets Walk, we booked it for next year. This house is one of our favorites! Our family loved that there were 4 bedrooms, all with a queen-sized bed. There were no disagreements about which room was the best. They were all great! The home is spacious, and it has everything you need for a fun and relaxing time at the beach. It is a short walk to the beach, and the area is not crowded. We loved the view from the front deck. Communication with the host was excellent! We only wished we could stay longer!
