Come enjoy a relaxing vacation in this brand new home that is right on the beach! With AMAZING views and a walkway to the beach you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. This well thought-out floor plan has plenty of space for you to spread out or enjoy with another family or friends!

Once over the bridge you are less than a mile away! This puts you extremely close to the pier, restaurants, and all the activities of town - but still far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet!

Surf City is an amazing little town with easy access to other parts of the coast. You will have a great time here with EASY access to the beach and plenty of other options to explore if you want to mix things up!

The home is on stilts, so underneath there is parking, an outdoor shower, eating area, and some beach toys! Once you come onto the first floor you will have a room to the right and one down the hall. The beachside room has its own deck and a king bed! The room down the hall is perfect for kids, with a queen bed and twin over full bunk. On this floor you will also find a full bathroom and in-unit laundry.

Coming up to the second floor, you come into a large space where you will probably spend most of your time. This floor is your living, dining, and kitchen area and there is a VIEW from everywhere! With plenty of seating and a large deck on the ocean side, this will be where you visit, play games, and enjoy a cocktail at sunset! The kitchen is fully loaded with all kinds of extras for you foodies!

The top floor is the main suite and is it SWEET! It's a large room with a king size bed, walk in closet, private bathroom, and a great view of the ocean. Great place for you to sneak away from the crowd and relax! A daybed sits by the window to double as a place to read or allow the room to hold an entire family!

Guests will have access to the entire home (except two closets that are reserved for owner's storage). The car port, storage closets, outdoor shower, and every room in the house are yours to use so you can get the best out of your stay!

There is some additional parking off to the side of the units.
The beach walkway is shared with the other units, but open at all times!

Pet Fee:
The pet fee covers up to 2 pets! Please make sure your reservation is updated properly. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please reach out - sometimes we can accommodate an additional pet on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Thanks!

We loved our stay at the C-Shore Retreat. Being steps away from the beach is initially what sold us on booking, but actually walking in, we were wowed by the view and the beauty of this home. House was clean, beds were super comfortable and kitchen was stocked well.As dog owners we appreciated this rental being dog friendly. We didn’t do too much shopping nearby, but do pick up local cod and oysters from Surf City Crab which was a hit! 10/10 would recommend to others.And if you’re lucky, keep an eye out for dolphins in the morning!

Loved this spot! Very clean, organized, and had everything we could have wanted when it came to cooking, which is a big deal to our family. Listing was as expected, very close to the beach with access via a walkway to the stairs to the beach at the back of the property. The provided beach equipment came in clutch...the outdoor shower too.Enjoyed that the 2 sleeping levels were separated by the middle main level, if you don't mind stairs(we don't), it is great. Would absolutely rent here again

We visited when it was unseasonably cold and no one checked if the heat was on. The owner was very helpful assisting us, but the unit in the primary bedroom was broken. We only used the first and second floors. The place is well equipped. FYI, two king beds are fairly firm. We appreciated the desk and chair for remote work, a rarity in many rentals. One thing to note, they are building other homes blocking much of the view in the pictures. However, the location is great and the house is very close to the beach, good access and location.

Wonderful place! Beautifully decorated and well appointed with all you need, down to coffee and creamer.Max checked on us often ( not too much) to make sure we had all we needed.Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

There were bugs/knats constantly flying around which was very annoying. Heavy concentrations in the windows of the bathrooms. The remote control thermostat was very difficult to maneuver. It got cold the first night and couldn’t figure out how to turn on heat. It may have been on a timer. Trash can outside was full and attracted a lot of large flies.

The property was very nice, but they were doing construction during the day, which was distracting and noisy. And, there was a port a potty right outside the balcony window on the first floor. The new build will obstruct the full view from the first floor balcony. You can see straight out, but no side views.

Bottom line up front: We would stay again! The construction wasn’t really bad at all—maybe because we were out at the beach all day? They didn’t get started until 7-8am and were done by 5pm. Pro:-As advertised-Clean-Beautifully decorated-Great beach access—plenty of space without feeling crowded-Comfy throw blankets in family room-Board games for family time-Enough trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods for the week—a rarity with rentals-Enough parking for 2 cars (1 fully covered; 1 partially covered)-6 seats around kitchen table; 4 seats at center kitchen island, 3 barstools in front of sink Things that could improve property:-Blackout/privacy curtains in downstairs king bedroom-Mirrors in bedrooms -Hooks in bedrooms for towels, hats, bags, etc. -Dishwasher that dried dishesBe aware:Lots of stairs

Perfect Beach Vacation

Everything about our stay was perfect - the house was clean, right by the beach, and well stocked with every possible thing we needed for an easy and relaxing experience. Our communication with the property owner was exceptional, from the booking process until after check-out. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great property, perfect location

I rented this home for a beach stay with my children and grandchildren and we had a great time in Surf City. The property was clean, modern and very comfortable. The ocean views are beautiful, and beach access is steps away. The home was well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, games etc which was nice. Other reviews mentioned construction going on in the area. Looks like when we arrived the bulk of the loudest part of the construction was over, so noise wasn't a big problem, in fact the children enjoyed watching the construction. I would recommend this property and would stay here again if I come back to Surf City.

Nice Place, But Adjacent Construction Detracts

Property was as advertised. Family with 4 adults and 3 children stayed 4 nights. Unfortunately, 4 new multi-story buildings were under construction between 8 am and 5 pm on adjacent lots during our stay. The noise from pile drivers, saws, generators, etc. really detracted from what was otherwise a nice family experience.

Nice beach front property

Comfortable unit within a larger structure. All the modern conveniences, good kitchen, comfortable beds and a great location. Host was very responsive and we had no issues. Good for 5 or 6 guests. I’d stay there again.

Celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday in this home with three other people and pet! The Coastal themes of furniture and decor were done very well! Clean! So close to the beach you can come back if you forgot something and not miss a thing!

Great Beach Getaway

We are local but had family coming from out of town so this was a perfect spot for everyone! The layout of the home offers great views, and there was plenty of space so we didn’t feel on top of each other. We had games and a fully stocked kitchen (and working grill) for meals, and was walking distance to a few fun spots. With the beach right outside the door and plenty of chairs, towels, and accessories it was exactly what we needed! Max was super, very responsive, and start to finish process was straightforward.

Surf City Beach House

The property was very clean and was well equipped with kitchen utensils and supplies. There was also beach chairs, towels, bikes and boogey boards to use. There were three houses being built very near the property while we were there, resulting in noise and limiting the ocean view we had expected when we first booked.

Wonderful Beach Stay

This place was wonderful! It was immaculate upon arrival. While we brought our dog, I am often wary of beach homes that allow pets as some have strong odors and/or evidence of previous pets. This place was absolutely top-notch and didn’t have any odors or evidence of previous pets. I was incredibly pleased.The location of this property gave us a beautiful view of the ocean, and it was such a short walk to the beach! Unfortunately, the view will be impacted soon by construction, but the beach walk is still incredibly short and makes for a really relaxing experience.The home is tastefully decorated. It was nice that the kitchen had actual glasses, not just plastic as we occasionally find at rental properties. They had ample dishware, storage containers, and extra seasoning. Towels and sheets included were just one additional convenience! Our kids also really enjoyed the bicycles. The outdoor shower is very basic and a bit rusty, but would absolutely not deter us from staying again. We have been visiting Topsail for the last 16 years and this is one of our favorite places so far!
