Second was better but not by much they placed a fireplace in front of a fireplace which is strange. I would never recommend staying there to anyone and I will never return."

"The hotel has severely gone down hill. Extremely hot and zero air conditioning. You could see the outside thru the top and bottom of the warped door. No pool or hot tub, they are possibly redoing it. The room never got cleaned. No breakfast. I will say the bed and pillows were comfortable at least. But overall, the hotel has gone down hill very badly. We have stayed at pretty much all the hotels along this strip of the ocean, and this was by far the most run down and dilapidated hotel we’ve ever...

"The room had a view. It was easily accessible with a power wheelchair. The staff was friendly & let us into the room early so the person in the power wheelchair could get some much needed rest. She was very happy with the room. Location made it easy for her to get to the beach & local restaurants & coffee shops."

"Our family of 5 stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was a lot more spacious than I thought and the layout was very nice. This is our second time back this year and we are always very happy with the staff and amenities. The staff is prompt and helpful. The gym and just enough, the indoor pool is our favorite and the location is great. The breakfast is also very good and provides a lot of variety. Overall, its our favorite place to stay in Newport!"

"Wonderful property and location. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The balcony with bay view was the best part. We had dinner and morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the marina. We also had a perfect view of 4th of July fireworks. We look forward to staying here again."

"This was a last minute booking, I was looking for a place with a hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised, the little condo was so cute, had a full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. It had a view of the bay and the bridge and is located very close to the historic bay front. It was clean , very cute and one of the best hotels"

We were bummed we weren’t able to use the fire pit area because we brought our dog. It was one reason I booked there, as I didn’t see anything on here about that area being off limits to people with pets and it was not mentioned when I called to confirm room availability for bringing our dog. It wasn’t until I read the flyer we received at checkin...

"Room was “ok” there was dirty towels left from previous guests missed by housekeeping and the curtains has black visible stains. Bed was comfortable and view from the room was enjoyable as well. Food at the bistro was AMAZING their staff was all incredible as well."
