Welcome to Joyful Lodge located in peaceful Branson Canyon! We are very excited to have you as our guest in our gorgeous new home.

Come & build your lasting family memories in our comfortable home nestled in the perfect location to get away from the city activities yet only 5 to 20 minutes from most everything Branson has to offer.

Zero entry pool NOW OPEN with new kids splash pad. The 2 levels clubhouse located just a few minutes walk from our house but currently OPENED with some restrictions due to the Health Department guidelines. Kid's playground & basketball court also nearby.

Nice place

Overall it is a comfortable place. We were disappointed to find bunk bed with trundle instead of twin beds but we made do. Location was convenient for Branson and excursions outside of Branson. Owners responded through VRBO messages quickly.

Mini vacation

We were here for a mini vacation with our kids and grandkids. The house was spacious and well furnished. However, we ran out of hot water after one shower and one bath with very little water. We contacted the owner he tried to help us over the phone but did not resolve the problem. Our family made do and had a great time overall.

Lovely home for a large family

We had our family of 12 stay for 4 nights. Ages ranged from 10 to 70 and everyone was happy. Accommodations are clean and well organized and there was ample space for all of us. The playroom was fun for the younger kids and the older ones used it for late movie nights. Within 10-15 minutes of main Branson attractions. We are already planning our next stay. Highly recommended!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Our family of eleven, ranging in age from 14 to 78, loved this property, especially the floorplan of the house, and it’s proximity to Top of the Rock, Silver Dollar City, and Branson, MO. Although we only had three days there, we left wishing we had a full week to enjoy the comfortable beds, the nicely stocked kitchen (spices, dishes, cookware, utensils, etc.) multiple televisions, screened-in porch, and a great loft for the teens!! The club house and two pools looked wonderful, although our winter dates there did not allow for the use of the pools, something we hope to enjoy on our return, one of these days soon!

Amazing Beautiful Getaway House

Our family loved this spacious home..plenty of room for all of our families to be together and still have there own space..and very close to all the amenities Brandson and surroundings has to offer.

Nice Branson Getaway

We stayed with our extended family (14 people including a 5 yr old and a 2 year old). We stayed in December, so we didn't utilize the clubhouse/pool. The house was perfect for our 'base' as we engaged in the various activities around Branson. Great space for gathering, hanging out, and relaxing. We had a couple of minor issues that I communicated with the owner/manager about, nothing that could be resolved on-site. There was some confusion about the listing with regard to bedroom 6, which we interpreted to mean there was a bunk bed +a double bed +2 twin beds.... there is 1 bunk bed (top is twin, bottom is double) with a trundle (double). Thank goodness for the pull-out queen in the upstairs gaming area (although we couldn't find the bedding, maybe our fault). It was great to have a highchair and a playpen on-site, as well as plenty of hot water for 14 people. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and cozy

I am not easily surprised, but the house is exactly as advertised! Large and roomy for our family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms (we had 14 total), and lots of space to spread out downstairs. All of my questions were answered quickly, and the house had everything we needed. The house felt very comfortable and cozy, not at all stuffy. We are trying to decide when we can come back!

Great floor plan and location!

Loved staying at this house. Excellent floor plan for 10, with 4 children. The TV had numerous stations available to us, for children and adults. We were so excited we were able to watch the OU football SOONERS with their opening game. Yes we won big time. It rained some but the loft was a great escape for the kids.

Great for extended family gathering!

This was perfect for our extended family (8 adults and 8 children, ranging from 5-15). We had plenty of space for us all and could eat meals together in the kitchen/dining area. The location was ideal for all our plans, including Dogwood Canyon, time on the lake, and outings in Branson. We had some minor issues, like burnt out light bulbs, but the host always promptly responded and fixed the issues. The home was very clean, minus some food crumbs we found on the stairs and by the upstairs couch. Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend staying here for your Branson getaway!

Joyful Lodge review

The place was fairly clean on the surface. Water glasses had what looked to be dried red pepper in them. No propane for grill. (Kinda ruined our dinner) Stains on patio furniture. Something stuck in outlet in one of the bedrooms. Light bar looked to have electrical issue in upstairs bedroom, they mostly just flickered. One of the bannisters was glued in on top and would fall out exposing a sharp edge that could hurt someone. (We had grandchildren with us.) The water and ice machine in fridge would catch and then flood floor. Plastic caught in garbage disposal. This being said the host was very nice and prompt in his responses to us. The floorplan was roomy and we felt comfortable. Just bringing to light some issues that need to be addressed.

Family Reunion Get Away

Great place to stay for a big group. We had 13 people and had plenty of space to spread out. Property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great neighborhood and pools were refreshing. Would stay there again if in the area.

A wonderful place to host our family reunion

We had a wonderful week at Joyful Lodge. The house was very clean comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for our 9 adults and 3 children. The linens were top quality and the beds were very comfortable. Towels for the pool were a nice surprise. We enjoyed the shade of the front porch for morning coffee, and the back porch the rest of the day. Kids loved the game table and video games upstairs. We all give Joyful Lodge 5 stars.

Branson Golf Trip

Group of 8 golf trip. The location of this property is perfect. Just minutes from Paynes, Buffalo Ridge, and Ozark National. Branson Hills is only 16 minutes away. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. House was nicely furnished. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to make meals at home. Bunkroom could use a new mattress of two, but worked fine for our group. Would definitely stay again

50th wedding anniversary

Great. Beds are firmer than we are used to. House itself met our expectations. Only negative was we did not realize how dark it was outside at night. We got to the house after dark and had difficulty getting to the front door. There is a cement step without a handrail and we are older with issues going on steps without handrails

Christmas family vacation

My husband, two daughters, their husbands and 6 grandchildren stayed. This house was perfect and very spacious. Plenty of room without being in each others space. The kids loved the game room!! Thank you for welcoming snacks as we walked in the door and having the house stocked with everything we may have needed. We appreciate the details in order for your guests to feel comfortable and at home. We loved our stay!! Will recommend for sure!

Great family getaway

We took our kids and grandkids to Branson for a little post Christmas getaway. Perfect location for the family - something for everyone and plenty of space. The kids loved the game room. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace. Beautiful, well appointed home! We will be back!

Christmas Mini Vacay
