Canyon Retreat enjoys a prime location just a short 10-minute drive from the vibrant 76 Strip and the exciting Branson Landing, where you can indulge in a day of action-packed adventure, shopping, and dining. For water enthusiasts, the picturesque Table Rock Lake and its public boat launch are a mere quarter-mile away, offering endless aquatic fun. Traveling is a breeze, as Branson Airport is just an 8-minute drive away, making your arrival and departure hassle-free. Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity to several golf courses, perfect for a day on the greens.

Accommodation:
Our welcoming home boasts five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax. Each of the five bedrooms features premium USA Golden Copper mattresses for a restful night's sleep, and four of them come equipped with 40-inch flat-screen TVs featuring Hulu Live TV and streaming options.

Living Spaces:
On the main level, an open-concept kitchen, dining, and family room with vaulted ceilings and vinyl plank floors create an inviting atmosphere. The fully furnished kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals, and the dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional bar seating for three. We even provide a high chair for your convenience. The family room features two comfortable couches and a 48-inch LCD/3D TV for movie nights and entertainment.

Outdoor Delights:
Step out onto the deck just off the family room to enjoy meals al fresco or soak in the inviting hot tub. A grill on the deck makes it easy to whip up some delicious BBQ dishes. The main level also hosts two bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed and a luxurious bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers another king-sized bed and a full bath for added convenience.

Entertainment Galore:
An open staircase leads to the upper level, where you'll find two more bedrooms with king-sized beds that share a full-size bath. Venture to the lower level, and you'll discover an incredible game room, complete with a fifth bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed. This level is perfect for kids, with two twin trifold memory foam mattresses and two sleeper sofas. The rec room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating, a 65-inch LCD/3D TV, a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and an arcade (coming soon) for hours of indoor fun. Additionally, there's a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer on the lower level, as well as two more sleeper sofas for extra guests.

Community Amenities:
As our guest, you'll also have access to the community clubhouse, featuring a pool table, media room, and exercise room. Outdoors, you can take a dip in one of the two pools, including a zero-entry pool open from May to September. The neighborhood playground is located right next to the clubhouse, and there's even a basketball court just down the street on Foggy Bay Lane.

*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider one SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dog. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, and leashed and picked up after outside. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
