"We rented this cabin for a family getaway for Memorial Day. Everything was exactly as the listing stated. The property was super clean and well appointed. The property is unique with a kitchen on both levels and a full bathroom in the the lower level game room area. The views are stunning and I enjoyed watching the sunrise on the dock"

"It's a nice townhouse on the lake, can't really complain much about that. A few things to note. The downstairs bedroom is really cold (winter season of course) so you must be willing to keep a fire going if you want to stay down there. Also, the two queen beds felt more like full size beds to my wife and I. Smith Mountain Lake is a beautiful area, but be warned to get in out of of the area to other locations you will need to travel 15 minutes on very winding roads. And finally, there was a lack...

"My husband and 3 kids were traveling for a full family trip. To shorten our drive for the kids, we booked this place and missy had all details ready to go on check in day! The hot tub was perfect for my kids and the fire pit was perfect for my husband and I! Missy’s cozy house really allowed my family to wind down before the next long drive. Thank you very much for the fond memories my family made:) "

"The home served our purpose; clean and accessible to VA Tech. The house needs some work; however, it was very clean and was comfortable for a quick over night trip. Parking was fair and the home is in a depressed area of town. Loved the small touches (peppermint patties!). "

"The house was easy to find and the home itself was fantastic. We had plenty of space throughout the house for four couples. The house was clean and guest ready when we arrived. Be aware of the many stairs leading to the lake. There are many and tough for us older folks. Please be aware that you must use your life jackets once out on the lake. A member of our group got a summons for not wearing one.We cooked two wonderful meals, one on the grill and the setting and home is just great.We highy...

"Very nice property and close to all of our daily excursion. For the 3 rating on cleanness the outdoor furniture very dirty. Needed a good cleaning before able to use. The front and back. Also, all of the guests were the age of 65 and up and some grab rail in the shower would be nice and a mat for the tub. Please consider better quality of toilet paper. "
