Check-out is 11:00am to allow staff time to clean. An additional $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes the room or parking space remains occupied.
ONLY 1 parking space PER CONDO. USE YOUR DESIGNATED SPACE ONLY DURING YOUR STAY (3pm-11am) Parking violations may result in towing at owners expense.

Fun little place near the heart of downtown Saugatuck

We loved the place; clean, attractive, located just where we wanted to be. Decorated very nicely. Very comfy bed. We didn't mind walking up stairs to the unit as some folks might. Robyn added a light in parking lot area to make it safer.When Robyn reached out to see if we wanted to extend our stay, we jumped on it since the Venetian Festival was beginning and it sounded like an exciting time to be here after our family/friend event just ended. We had fun. Had a small issue when someone forgot to update the door lock to add our additional day, but everything worked out in end.

Great location, lovely space and rear deck

It is an attractive unit, just around the block from shopping and meal options. However, the kitchen is small, with no dishwasher and a small dorm-room style fridge. The small fridge did not accommodate space or frozen food and fridge food for 3-4 days. Otherwise the space was most-excellent.
